Walked in to open up a business account these lady’s are looking me up and down and judging tell me to sit down then the lady on the far end comes and says she doesn’t have appointment after she was just getting ready to help me weird do not go here if your not Asian

Do not use the ATM in the Drive through ATM it is a third party ATM and it took my money by an error and I had to call customer service and it will take up to 10 business days to get my money back, not sure how I’m going to pay my bills until then!

The teller was very nice and helpful during account set up. I’m giving two stars because I only moved to US Bank for a promotional $400 reward for switching my direct deposit into their bank. I did this and met all of the requirements. They didn’t give me the reward and offered no explanation, just “I’m so sorry but we’ve decided not to go forward with your reward.” A few days later my wife’s account was closed without warning and her money is gone, nobody can figure out what happened or send us her money. I recommend finding another bank, the customer service phone line is a nightmare.

I just got off the phone with the manager of the US Bank at Factoria. I explained to the manager that my partner and I would be in tomorrow to deposit a large check into a manually purchased money market fund.I’m in the service industry so it pains me to say the manager was more interested in getting me off the phone than providing the service I requested. She was clearly listening for reasons why she would not be able to be of service rather than being of service.The manager specifically told me “not to come to the Factoria branch tomorrow 6/25/21 because they couldn’t help us.” Both my partner and I currently have US Bank accounts.

Awful customer service, the associate was incredibly rude and I left feeling upset and frustrated. When I asked her how to set an appointment online her response to me was "Don't you have a phone?" among other things. I went to a different branch and they were so nice and helped me on the spot. I will not be coming back to this location, I'm already looking at switching banks.

Drop my personal experience:This bank is a scam. STAY AWAY.It will charge you all kinds of FEE after you OPENED the account there.For example, a few months after I opened the account, it started to charge a mailing fee for me per month.These charges were never disclosed to the client when I opened the account. When I made the phone call to complain, the people were really rude and indifferent. They never pay those fees back to me either.I think it is okay that bank charges fee from clients. But they need to be honest and tell the clients at account opening stage.NEVER DO BUSINESS IN THIS BANK

I am honestly shocked at the low reviews here. My husband had all of our business accounts with US bank and the team at this branch is by far the nicest and most personal. There have been several times since the revised-procedures for Covid that I have been under-prepared (no deposit slips, forgot my account number, driving up right as they are closing (today)) and they always help with a smile. I literally have never had a bad experience here! Sad that more of their happy customers don't post, but they are worth your business!
