Surprised at all the negative reviews for this US Bank branch; our dealings with the inside staff have always been clean and helpful, usually with no wait longer than needed to handle the number of clients in line. I'd personally give the branch a 5-star rating (and I'm a 27-year former employee of a different bank).

May opt be the latest furnished branch but every time I go in the staff is very nice and helpful and try to do all they can to meet my requests. They even have a few multi lingual representatives which is a very nice touch for the Bellevue area

Don't recommendThis bank is the most ridiculous USbank I've ever been too. I went there trying to cash my check and they said cannot cash it. Cause they cannot verify it because I'm not a usbank customer. Keep in mind the check bank is usbank. The manager ,he try tell me there's a different when cash a check as a non member is a different service system. Most ridiculous thing i ever heard. As if i never cash a check at usbank before. Walking out I call the company that issued the check and he said it's a valid check. I just received this morning from ups. And I was able to check it at a different usbank.Most useless people here, judgements and poor excuses. Never come to this bank branch!

Took an hour at the branch for getting a payoff letter for my auto loan.
There is nothing I had to do, just sit and wait.

Don’t recommend .Went here before to break $100 into twenties or tens with no problem .Today (4/13) however they will not simply because I don’t have an account with them .Have never dealt with any bank that wouldn’t break a larger bill unless you open a checking account with them .Very rude teller , I came in asked her nicely and was shut down like a child .

I was there to deposit check everyone there was unexpectedly rude I felt like I was being looked down on by the front cashier Helen I would never want anyone to feel that way I would strongly advise to bank or go to different locations

The staff here do not have the least bit of an idea as to what customer service is. They are rude and totally unhelpful. This branch has made me move away from UU Bank
