The worst branch of US Bank I've ever gone to (unfortunately also the closest branch to my office). On one occasion, I needed to add an authorized user to a business account. For what was supposed to be an easy task, it took FOUR separate visits. Each visit took AT LEAST an hour between waiting for a banker and the system "went down". The managers were utterly useless. At the fourth visit, the banker was so nervous she started breaking down in tears. Nobody in this branch seems to have any idea on how things work, let alone being able to respect their client's time. Lastly, the wait time is just appalling. In the several times I had to wait in this branch, I have seen so many people aggravated by the wait times or the sheer incompetence of the staff. US Bank might as well close this dysfunctional branch.

I came in the other day after losing my card. I arrived probably about 20 minutes before they were closed for the day and they still took the time to get me set up with a new card. They were able to give me a temporary card until the one in the mail arrived, which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Plus they are open on Saturdays. I'm happy! All in all, if I need a bank on a Saturday morning, this is a great option!

The staff are always very friendly, but there is a real lack of staffing when I have to go inside to deposit a check. Lines take too long. Nothing drives me crazier than waiting and waiting and waiting...

Terrible experience! Arrived on Tuesday 11 a.m. to do a wire transfer. I had only one hour to process the wire. How they help? They do nothing!! Simply told me there is no one at the bank to do wires! As simple as that! On a Tuesday morning! NEVER going back! I am going to stick to my Factoria branch.

US Bank charged me $80+ in fees ($50 in overdrafts, 25 "late fee", 10 "maintenance") for an overdraft of all of $30. Even though they have my email (and often spam me), they purposely only inform their customers of overdraft via mail VERY late to accumulate the charges. They refused to remove any of the ridiculous charges despite the fact I've often had $10k+ in the account over a course of over 10 years, and this is the first time I've overdrafted. This shows they place zero value in customers. Banking and all things financial are based upon trust, and they've lost all of mine. I highly recommend against banking with them because they don't seem to care about the clientele.

This is the closest US Bank to my work and I have noticed they are always friendly and prompt. It seems that whomever walks through the door is acknowledged with a friendly welcome each time I've ever been there. I've had excellent service and I thank all the tellers/management for their excellent work.

Arrived on a late Sat afternoon. Only one customer ahead of me and no other customer in the branch. Two tellers and a banker. They took five minutes before acknowledging me. A few minutes later the first teller accepts my deposit. Not clear what the second teller was doing the whole time. I'd stick to the Factoria location -- very prompt.
