The service was really bad. I had to return my package and they find one or the other issues. This not just happened to me, I saw three other people ahead of me (visited twice). The front end staff doesn’t acknowledge being welcomed.

No supplies. Can't mail priority.

I went to that establishment today in order to make an international delivery through priority mail red label flat envelope. Staff told me that there is no tracking number through that way, however; there is trucking number plus addresser's signature if I send it through priority mail express blue label flat envelope but it costs more than the other one. I checked it through the USPS web site to verify if those statements were true. The web site showed me that all priority mails give tracking number, so when I showed to the USPS clerk, a female and male staff were rude to me, and they tried to charge me more for my delivery. I went to another USPS to find out if it is the same way like the one in crossroads. GUESS WHAT! I learned how the USPS delivery system is through honest people who charge the right tariff. DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE AND BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO TO THAT ONE. Be informed how the process and right tariff are. USPS crossroads post office staff on 8th street in Bellevue, WA are THIEVES because people get charged more from the right tariff by them. I remembered that a case like this happened in a USPS post office in Seattle through the news.

More than three of my tracked mail pieces have gone missing in the last 4 weeks. Their status was never updated after I dropped them off at the desk. The staff doesn’t help, and frankly, they don’t seem to care. I print all my order tracking and status information, but they don’t even bother to look at it—not once have they checked the paper or scanned the tracking numbers. It’s disgraceful.
They just tell you the mail was sent out, even though the tracking status never shows that—only that it was received. Then you’re forced to start a long, frustrating investigation on the USPS website, wasting your time for nothing, because they never manage to locate your missing mail.
I’ve had enough. I’m switching to a different post office starting today. Maybe the other one won’t be much better, but I’m tired of losing money, receiving terrible customer service, and being treated like I’m the problem—when it’s clearly their fault the mail was lost.

⚠️DON'T COME
The old lady with curly short hair asked me to purchase a prepaid label online for my return envelope for consulate to use and said they don’t do such thing in store. Guess what, went another usps on the bel-red road, staff there handled it for me and said they dealt with such business everyday.
这家usps不适合中国宝宝,避雷。

After reading a few negative reviews of this USPO at Crossroads, I had to wonder if it’s the same location I’ve been to. I have nothing but praise for the professional and kind service I’ve experienced with the staff. I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.

Terrible experience. I missed the mail with pet license. I sent there and asked if them can help to find it. But without any empathy, they just laughed at me and let me go back and wait for another 7 business days.

Terrible service! The staff is really rude and unhelpful. Came in with a pre-paid label, had to stand in line for twice and at the end, I was not able to ship my box because I did not have a piece of tape to attach the pre-paid label on my box. Dropboxes are the best thing USPS has created so that we don't always need to rely on staff who has no will to perform their jobs! One star goes for the dropbox.

WORST post office I've ever seen. I also want to grade zero for it. There is an employee was very rude and I watched her being rude to the older lady in front of me and not responding to her questions. And then I had the same experience. I asked her questions and she is very impatient and did not give me the answer. Very bad experience. I went to the ups opposite and they patiently answered my questions. I advised everyone to never come here and go directly to the ups opposite.

The post office at crossroads was rude and unhelpful. They wanted me to pay $10 to , “ return a package to sender as refused. BUT went to Bel- Red post office they happily wrote refused and wrote return to sender in computer and it was done . FREE not a $10 resending ups package!! Avoid Crossroads post office if possible!
