OMG, I can't begin say how wonderful John is at the counter of this post office, I was having some trouble finding my QR code for my shipping needs so I stood to the side and searched for it. While I did so, I observed John call out everyone's name that proceeded to walk into the post office, he made some sort of jovial comment, statement or joke about the weather the day or what was going on. What I'm getting at is that this young man knows everybody's name in town, it really reminded me what Nostalgia we have slowly lost over the years, the Personal Touch that the letter carrier knows everybody's name. I can tell that he truly, truly loves helping people and the patient's this man has, he has an abundance of it. I live in West Seattle I happen to stop by this location for the USPS uneeded, however, I would drive back to Bellevue just to see how he is doing. He is so intoxicating with the joy he radiates. 10/10 would recommend.

John Conley was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and efficient. He pulled me out of line when he saw that I was about to do something incorrect on my package. He worked with me 1:1 to fill out everything correctly while still staying on track helping other customers. I will definitely come back to this location!

Best usps on the entire Eastside. Came from the issaquah one and there were only 1 worker on a busy Monday morning at the Issquah office with 10 people in front of me. So I came here instead and there’s no line at lunch, which is usually peak hour. Got my shipping done in 5 minutes. Staffs are so helpful with all the mailing tips provided. USPS is going through changes at now so please make some COMMENTS for the satisfaction survey on the QR code receipt service to not privatize or cut this essential service.

The Factoria post office is located across from the Marketplace at Factoria (aka Factoria Mall). It is in the same strip mall as Jing Jing Asian Market, except it is in the building across from it. There is a decent amount of parking here. But I could see this location being a pain when the lot is filled up.
The post office layout is a bit interesting. As you enter the building entrance, the PO boxes are to your left and there is a self-service kiosk right in front. But you enter another room for the actual post office. It seems like the lobby leads up to offices in the same building on the second floor. I needed to mail something and the service was quicker than I am used to at the Crossroads location. Probably because I went at an off-time. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider using this location again if I need to mail something and am in Factoria.

This is by far the best post office I’ve ever been to. You usually expect a massive line, RUDE staff and a horrible experience at USPS but when you walk into this location you basically transport into a different dimension alternate universe.
Last time I went in around 4pm there was no line, the gentleman that helped me was super friendly, nice, and actually seemed like he likes his job, wild. They also had music and a disco ball going!!!! I genuinely can’t wait to go back.
