Absolutely the worst experience of service. They told me that it would be $30 to reset my phone which I reluctantly agreed to get my phone functioning and then proceeded to tell me if could take an hour or more which I waited and then to find out they did absolutely nothing - it didn’t work and then refused to refund my $30 charge. I recommend strongly to stay way from this store. The staff and management are not only not helpful but very dishonest and disrespectful.

I worked with Kayla the assistant manager every single time I come into the Bellevue square Verizon store with info on our business account and she is always so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always so welcoming when I come into to do anything with our account. Will recommend

If you are on the east side go to the Redmond store. They are more willing to help. The people here did not want to help me. They just told me things are not possible. Wasted so much time here for nothing.

Despite us not being Verizon customers, she went out of her way to help us resolve a complex issue with our phone’s IMEI, which had been fraudulently registered on a Verizon line. Worst experience of my life. They sold me the wrong phone and I didnt find out until after I got home and opened the box. These people are like used car salesmen. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. But I am DONE! horrible!

Hi, I was at Verizon today. I had a problem with calls and the Internet. Specialist Chufan took us in. She was looking for different ways to solve the problem. In the end, she spent 4 hours and still solved everything. She is a very good person and a Verizon worker. If you have any difficulties, I recommend her. Chufan, I thank her very much for the work done!

One of the worst customer service experiences. After complaining about the lack of service, the staff member replied that's how it is and couldn't do anything about it. He didn't seem interested in helping me, and to make matters worse, he was sitting on the table with his legs spread out while talking to me. Not only did he not resolve my issue, but he also messed up something, resulting in the loss of my personal hotspot. The overall encounter was highly unsatisfactory and left a lasting negative impression.
