whoever the guy was did not need to give us an attitude like that. sure we had some complications with the account but we got that resolved in less than five minutes. he left like two minutes after giving us the phone like clocked off and we’re still sitting here setting up the phone. some customer service that is. even the lady was way better. never wanna come back to this location if that dude is there. i recommend you try to find some other assistant than a tall white dude with an arm tat. rating him a 0/10 at customer service.

Verizon cost estimator in Verizon site tricked me to change a plan which caused me to pay more (losing discount) for less feature. The staff at this branch is very inattentive in trying to understand and solve the problem. Verizon used to have a better service than this.

Wow. No wonder all these 1 star. I also felt the same. Attitude was so bad and one word answers. T mobile was way better experience from customer service point of view and I am Verizon customer!

I'm glad this store is receiving a new 1-star review from me. On Tuesday, the staff told me that if I changed my plan, I would lose a certain discount completely. In fact, they were lying! I switched plans at another Verizon store and still retained the discount. Today, at 5:00 PM, I requested a check-in to handle a number change business inside the store. The staff told me there were two people ahead of me, and I needed to wait. Fine, I waited for an hour and a half. At least three waves of people came and went. Then there were still two people ahead of me. There was even someone who just walked in and did a walking check-in ahead of me. He had already completed his transaction, and I still had two people ahead of me.

Incompetent, unprofessional and incapable of doing a standard and easy carrier transfer operation. All they did is trying to get you charged, after that they become indifferent to the outcome, get rid of the responsibility and push back client to find customer support.And right yea, they will tell you there's no refund even if the operation ends up not succeeding only after charging you.

Same as the dude below me, they told me i had to switch my plan or i would not get the discount, gonna be walking in tommarrow saturday looking for the kid and his manager, come here and get scammed its all commision for these people.

Worst service, customer attitude, cell phone service and company employees!Verizon is an example of extremely low level of service and inability to assist the customer in solving the problem created by unprofessional actions of the company's employees. The purchase was made on the territory of the USA. The iPhones were purchased at Verizon, 2077 Bellevue Square , Bellevue, WA, 98004. The iPhones were not set up correctly the first time. We went to the office at 1633 6 th Ave, Seattle, WA, 98101. The customization was very time consuming. When we moved to Europe the problems started. We can't use our iPhones. None of the sim cards work. The phones are locked. First, when we purchased the phones and the PREPAID service, without a contract, a lock was placed on 2 iPhones without warning! Secondly, in three attempts to contact the office where the cell phones were purchased, the employees made cases, communicated with the support team and promised to remove the lock within 48 hours. Alas, these turned out to be only promises, without any result. I can't recommend Verizon for newcomers to the US!!!

This was the most underhanded place I've ever been to. I brought my phone in to replace with an offer Verizon had sent me. The associate lied to me and said he couldn't run it without his manager and they would still honor it the next day even though it was the last day. We came back and of course they wouldn't help with the offer. Denied, then later because of phone damage. I got them to agree to reimburse the balance after the Corporate agreed to help. Of course when our next bill came it wasn't reimbursed. Twice lied to. First to come back, and then a reimbursement.

If I could zero stars or negative stars I would! Went to connect a old phone as a temporary solution after loosing my original phone. Their solution was to put in a new SIM card said I was set, if it were only that easy. The original rep was now busy had to get yet another rep who said they couldn’t solve the issue or sell me a new phone since the store was closing in a half hour.

4/18 I start a new plan on Verizon’s website, I select the option to pick up in store. I arrive and am greeted with reluctance. I let the associate (Shawn) know I was there for a pick up and proceeded to give him my id(which had a punch in it) he spends about 30 minutes “setting me up” and texting on his phone, he then precedes to tell me he would have to call his manager due to the punch on the top corner of my ID. I totally understand and wait for another 30-40 minutes for him to come back and ask me some detailed questions. After answering he tells me he cannot serve me due to company policy, So I pull up my version welcome email and show him that he should be able to accept my I’d OR QR code(per Verizon). he then tells me he flagged my account told me I was acting suspicious and said they would not serve me. As an honest person with no criminal history I am absolutely appalled. I ask him why he can’t use the QR code that the app says is sufficient. he then doubles down on acusing me of being fraudulent. then proceeded to call security on me. LOL. moral of the story, I’m a calm collect customer and was mistreated the second I walked in. Not to mention the sales guy was rude the entire time and gave me the worst experience possible. I then decided to take my business down stairs to xfinity and now pay 40$ for unlimited talk text and data vs the 75 I would of been paying there. Do not go to this Verizon store if you value being treated with kindness
