Thank you Thank you Thank you Ryan! I can not say enough Thanks to Ryan and his staff for all that they did to help my son and I with some difficult phone issues. Ryan not only stayed late and helped us but went way above and beyond with going thru and explaining things on my phone even out of the scope of what we came for. Helping me understand and learn about my phone. He had such a wonderful attitude and never once made me feel stupid or silly with my confusion and questions. Some of the best customer service I have ever had!

Had a really great experience at this store! Ryan, took the time needed to help me with a number of upgrades and plan alterations, and really took the time to help me both understand everything and get me the best possible service plan, and I really appreciate all of the effort and kindness. I didn't feel rushed at all, and it was definitely late in the day! Truly exceptional customer service, and I know where I'm going and who I'm talking to for further help with my plan and devices in the future! Thanks again Ryan!

Ryan was great. He was pleasant, found what I was looking for, and even helped me open the box to my new charger.

This is a 3rd party (Victra), not an official Verizon store. I made two visits to this place.
Visit one: They could not order a phone for my mother because 'the customer has no obligation to pick it up'. They would not make an exception no matter what. That was a waste of time.
Visit two: I came in because my dad was misled into getting the 'free' Apple Watch and iPad ($10 per line over 3 years + original device price tax) with his device upgrade and I needed to return them. The woman I worked with was very helpful and easy to work with. Most of everyone else in the store was slacking off and joking around. Though working with her was good, I had to wait an hour for something that should have taken 20 minutes essentially because this is a 3rd party. It was also annoying that the manager made a passing remark that my dad knew what he was getting, even though my dad asked me if it was 'free' the moment he got home and was angry when I told him the details. Because of the activation and restocking fees we lost about $200 from this whole thing.
Also learned that my phone plan was changed from a $45/month to a $30/month plan. This probably was done without my dad's knowledge at all, to make my phone plan seem cheaper than it would be after his upgrade. This change made my phone upgrade ineligible for the promotional credits I need, so this does not benefit me in any way and I have to waste my time upgrading it back.

I came in because I was having trouble doing something over the phone- could not speak to an agent and kept getting looped to the same automated message. I thought it would be easier to figure it out at the physical Verizon store rather than keep hacking away at the customers service phone number. I was totally wrong.
The first staff member at Verizon told us she was new and could not help us before we even got our question out. The 2nd staff member was unable to help us either, saying multiple that he is the lowest rung on the latter, all while multitasking and being very rude, calling me "buddy". I am disappointed that no one is able to escalate questions or point me in the right direction.
After I got home, I did figure it out myself by hacking away at the customer service number and options.

Some people in customer service are average,
some are great,
and then there is RICHMOND at the Verizon Factoria store.
RICHMOND is EXCEPTIONAL.
Thank you Richmond for “thinking outside the box” and solving a problem for us that the average people just couldn’t. You deserve a Bonus and a pay increase.
AI will never be as smart as you are.

This Verizon store is scam they scam me with my phone and they charge for extra iPad that I was supposed to have free. The employees that work there they seem to be all nice but at end what they really want is your money .

This is an awful non Verizon corporate store that will not help you. They sent me back and forth from this store to another corporate store 3 times! Then the employee just left even though they were still open! Stay away!

Please avoid this location if possible!! They are frauds!!! [update] they added home protection to my plan without talking to me!! I caught them on spot and they denied it. And my sim was fixed within 10 mins in another (bellevue square location). (Original) had no expectation of this store but still this one failed very hard. I had a failed sim and came in to ask for help. The first staff was very rude and asked me to leave. He didn’t want to help me at all. The second staff was patient but was clueless about what he’s doing. He had no method of troubleshooting. I was getting a physical sim but he somehow was not able to get it fixed for 40mins. Then he tried to set me up with eSIM, but still could not get it done.

I walked to get some help. The man who was working alone did not even look at me because he was busy finding something below his table. Then, he told me that he was unable to help me with the issue I'm having. As I was calling Verizon customer service per his suggestion, he started to eat a bag of Cheetos and watching Youtube video!!! I had to come out of the store to talk to the Verizon rep because his video was loud. I can't believe this experience.(11:15am, 3/15/24).

Waited for literally 2 hours to make a final payment that I couldn't make online due to some issues on the website ..The person here was super occupied while sharing stories about holidays and travel plans all the while selling overpriced screen protectors and charging cables...

After spending a lot of time and effort researching which carrier to switch to, I chose Verizon. I did everything online and set it up where I would pick up my phone at a nearby store. I checked the reviews to make sure I was going to a location where I would have a good experience and was encouraged by the positive reviews at this one. When I received notification the device was ready, I went and picked it up. First off, they hadn't done anything to prepare my device. The sales associate asked the other if it was and he said no. They went and pulled this phone from the back, did a couple things on the computer, and then just handed off the box with no explanation or comment. I asked if I was just supposed to turn it on or what. They said yeah and that was it. They didn't do anything to ensure my line was activated. After spending hours with Verizon on the phone, it was apparent that the store did not do what they were supposed to to set up my line. I'm actually still on the phone as I'm writing this trying to get this resolved.Regardless the above, what upsets me the most was the lack of assistance I received in the store. They had no interest in helping me in any way. I suppose maybe because I did the purchase online and there was no benefit to them? What an unfortunate way to start my experience with Verizon. Shame on this store for not acting in good faith.
