After spending a lot of time and effort researching which carrier to switch to, I chose Verizon. I did everything online and set it up where I would pick up my phone at a nearby store. I checked the reviews to make sure I was going to a location where I would have a good experience and was encouraged by the positive reviews at this one. When I received notification the device was ready, I went and picked it up. First off, they hadn't done anything to prepare my device. The sales associate asked the other if it was and he said no. They went and pulled this phone from the back, did a couple things on the computer, and then just handed off the box with no explanation or comment. I asked if I was just supposed to turn it on or what. They said yeah and that was it. They didn't do anything to ensure my line was activated. After spending hours with Verizon on the phone, it was apparent that the store did not do what they were supposed to to set up my line. I'm actually still on the phone as I'm writing this trying to get this resolved.Regardless the above, what upsets me the most was the lack of assistance I received in the store. They had no interest in helping me in any way. I suppose maybe because I did the purchase online and there was no benefit to them?What an unfortunate way to start my experience with Verizon. Shame on this store for not acting in good faith.

I have to thank Richmond for his help! My phone completely broke down and I just happened to be depended on the phone to do my work. It is a fairly new phone, so it was totally unexpected to have it completely break down on me (first phone that has done that to me). So between the surprise of having a phone break down on me and the fact that I really need it.. I was a little freaked out when I walked into the store. Richmond, very quickly asked me what can I help with, he helped me trouble shoot, but unfortunately the phone is not usable. Richmond then helped me find me another phone, helped me navigate the complexities of the calling plans and then helped me setup my phone. So I went from total freak out... How am I going to be able to work? to things are OK, let's figure it out, get the new phone working, get everything set up. So I so appreciate Richmond, his help, his guidance, and above all his kindness in handling my situation.

Luis M at the Factoria Bellevue Verizon store provided amazing customer service. Even though the store was understaffed and it was a very busy time, he remained upbeat, helpful and very professional. Although the process of switching phones took much longer than I anticipated, I was grateful that Luis was the representative helping me. Thanks for getting our four phones up and running again!

Louis was excellent. We were going to go to the Bellevue Square stores but the reviews were so awful we decided to try Factoria. Although Louis was by himself, he efficiently handed multiple clients at once and we all got great service.

I was helped by Luis, he is very knowledgeable and very kind. I traded in my old phone and got a new pixel 8. My shopping experience at this Verizon location was truly pleasant and smooth, thanks to Luis.

Had trouble with phones in my plan being unable to call or send text. Was told new SIM cards should fix it. Spent roughly $45 to buy new SIMs and still didn't work. He said no refunds for the SIMs and that there was nothing else he can do ?♂️

Luis was wonderful and this was easily the least painful phone upgrade that I've ever experienced. I'm currently on crutches and recovering from surgery so I really appreciated the speed and diligence of the service we received.

Came here just to get a new SIM card, and like many others, experienced poor customer service. Thankfully, the task I needed done was simple with basically no room for error, but the employee who helped me was obnoxious. He was arrogant and condescending (he said, "5G is just marketing...it doesn't mean anything"), then he became combative when I challenged the accuracy of the information he was giving me. Insecure much?

Such wonderful and empathetic service from Lordus. I have been having issues with my bill for a while and she knew right where to go, and right who to talk to. She was incredibly helpful and attentive.
