Had an urgent passport renewal appointment and discovered we did not have all documents needed at 9pm the night before the appointment first thing the next morning. Walgreen's came through for us; we were able to get all documentation printed in excellent quality. The attendant notified us that our own photo print ordered would likely not meet federal standards, so we were thankfully able to get an acceptable photo taken at much better quality and the perfect size. THANK YOU to Mr. Ray who was so incredibly charming, kind, and knowledgeable. I have never been so happy to be a Walgreen's customer and if anyone I know is ever in this situation, I will tell them Walgreen's can save the day! The appointment went perfectly, the photo and renewal application printout were accepted, zero issues. THANK YOU, Mr. Ray and Walgreen's!

I came in to get a COVID VAX. The pharmacist was extremely unfriendly and brash. I will never come to this store location again. I have had bad experiences here before but this was unacceptable. Absolutely disrespectful.

I had a great experience at Walgreens today thanks to Apparna. She was professional, kind, and went out of her way to help me take a photo. Her friendly attitude and helpfulness truly made my visit much more pleasant. Thank you Apparna for good customer service!

Unbelievably Horrible customer service by manager (Chris), he didn’t bother locating product that Walgreens website showed in stock and i drove long way for it, he refused to check in his inventory and conveniently responded people steal, when asked again to help by checking his system he asked me to leave or he calls 911. This is unfortunate that we have this company still functioning in united states with this level of customer service.

First time to use their fedex drop off service. Walked in with my box and asked a female employee with short blond hair where to drop off. At first she let me watch her stocking for 2-3 minutes then she says you don’t even have your box taped and shipping label ready so we are not going to do that for you. I told her the instructions says all I need is the QR code. Then she says that’s not how we do it here, either go back to whoever send you that email or other Walgreens. I waited and asked another employee in the store then she scanned my QR code and took care everything. The whole drop off took 20 minutes.

Dreadful customer service and support staff. I checked online (in detail) and CALLED ahead of time to confirm they took passport photos at this location and asked specifically if they took newborn passport photos as well. The person on the phone said yes and dismissed me quickly.
When I arrive at the store with my child they say they don’t take newborn passport photos.
The lady at the photo section didn’t even care I already called and someone at the store confirmed they offer that service. She said they have a new policy where passport photos are only taken for people 5 years and older.
I didn’t see that policy or clarification anywhere in the Walgreens website - I spent at least 20mins reading through every single FAQ one the website and called; no mention of this policy.
Very disappointing. Won’t be taking my business to this Walgreens anymore.

Worst place for customer service. Woman named Destiny was shift lead did not want to help with a return I had receipt. Did not want cash only credit on account t. Said she waited on me when item purchased. Still no refund with out driver's license. Totally rude

I took my friend here for a return she had purchased one day prior. She had the receipt, the form of payment card and another card. The very rude cashier "Destiny" said she needed a drivers license. Well, we all live in a 55 and over community so there's only a couple of us who drive. So I'm like oh, well I can see if she wanted cash but she just wants it returned to the form of payment. Well it was pretty clear she wasn't going to help us ...so we asked for a manager- well she let it slip she was the one who rang up the items and she was the manager. So "Destiny" ( actually a shift supervisor at Walgreens) seems be on quite the power trip, it was so clear she had no intention of helping out a neighbor and an old woman at that! Unbelievable! What a pathetic and small person! Asking a person for us when you actually remembered the transaction. WTH
