I had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of a pharmacy technician named Paige. I got in line to pick up a prescription and was told it wasn’t ready yet. She asked me to sit and wait, which I did for about 15 minutes without any update. When I went back to check, she responded in a very rude tone, saying she was busy and that I needed to go back and rejoin the line.
What stood out—and why I’m leaving this review—is the complete lack of empathy. Most people visiting a pharmacy are either sick or picking up medication for someone who is. A little respect and consideration in these moments makes a big difference, and unfortunately, that was missing here.

I think it's just this Walgreens. Maybe they are understaffed OR maybe it's a cultural difference. Typically, people don’t take wallets from the customer for identification after showing them the ID.

Don’t get photos here. It’s a complete waste of money. The service was extremely slow and unfriendly. The digital passport photo I received was not formatted at all. It’s outrageous! I will not set foot in this place in the future

**Review for Walgreens Photo Department**
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Walgreens location. An employee in the photo department was incredibly rude and dismissive—so much so that I will be disputing the charges with my bank. It's unacceptable to treat paying customers this way.
Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing anything from this location again. It’s time to reconsider your hiring or provide better training.
I strongly suggest this store take notes from the Walgreens on 85th Street in Kirkland, where customer service is handled with respect and professionalism.

I called them and confirmed that prescription is ready for pick up but once i got there they mentioned it’s not ready and asked me to comeback later. Poorly managed pharmacy. In Prior visit they made me wait for 1 hour.

The worst pharmacy. If there was a metric that evaluated pharmacies on wait times this place would be off the charts. I’m sitting in the drive thru and no one in front of me yet waited 15 min to even hear from someone. They finally tell me it’s not ready despite their system telling me on the phone it is ready. Wasted an entire 90 min of my day. Oh and there are so many sketchy bums here which is awesome

No enough staffing at all. These people are taking advantage of customers.
5 pharmacy counters are there including drive thru and only one counter was operating. people are standing in queues for long hours.

Denying the online covid test kit order. Even you processed and submitted online. They will not give you the kits. Maybe they only pick a few insurance providers they like to give out instead of what they said online.

I made the mistake of trying to fill a few prescriptions at this locations. Run, do not walk, towards a different pharmacy. You. Cannot. Actually. Talk. To. Them. They refuse to answer phone calls. And in person it can take hours to actually see a human. Costco or Safeway or Fred Myer, etc.., go ANYwhere but this place.

Poor response and long wait without reason. Appointment time does not matter. Had to wait 2 hour.

Would give 0 stars if possible.
It was 2nd time at this pharmacy.
Long waits for no reason. Horrible experience in general. They don't understand what appointment confirmation mean either. (There are no walk-ins for vaccines)
I would stay as far as I can from this pharmacy.
