They don't accept Fedex QR codes for package drop off like every other Walgreens with Fedex. Other than that the store itself is not bad although it's miserably understaffed as mentioned in the other reviews.

I'm absolutely blown away that the people that work in the pharmacy of this building are qualified to even find their way out of a paper bag. They are so incompetent in every single step of the process, including yelling my name and my prescription in front of other people. Have you heard of HIPAA laws?

I usually like to shop at Walgreens, however this store was so far the worst I have ever been. It had a really bad customer service. I needed to use the restroom to change my baby and it was locked. There was no one around to help so I went back to the cashier to ask for help. She told me I needed to press a button there for help and I went back and did it. I waited and waited and waited. No one never came to help us and I finally gave up and wait back to pay for the toy I got for my daughter. If is was not for her, I would just leave the store without getting anything. Places like that does not deserve my business and unless i really need to buy something from this Walgreens in a emergency, I don't intent to ever go back there. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Safe your time and money and go to some place else.

The pharmacy. Oh my god. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews and I'm even lazier about finding new pharmacies, but today was such a giant fuck up that I will never go back. The person serving me deleted the prescription while I waiting, told me to come back after they called the doctor to send another fax. Then the prescription got cancelled altogether but no one told me. I had to call back to find out, then they told me I'll need to call the doctor myself to get it resent. I do that, then finally get the message that all three prescriptions have been filled. When I get there, somehow my insurance card changed since this morning when they filled the first two, so the third prescription couldn't be filled. They had to re-enter the card information and told me to come back later because they needed more time to fill it. It took over six hours to get this sorted out. By the end of it, I was losing my mind. Never again Walgreens Pharmacy on Ne24th & 156th. You are dead to me! The store itself is fine. I'll go back there.

The pharmacy line here is usually long, so I made a vaccine appointment online. They called me day-of to cancel the appointment because of understaffing and said to come on the weekend. Now I'm here on Saturday afternoon and the line is longer than I've ever seen it. (Because lots of other people got the same call?) I'm going to find a different pharmacy and avoid this one from now on, despite the convenient location.In general the pharmacy staff here always seem super stressed and hurried. They're polite and clearly trying their best, but it looks like corporate is driving them into the ground. Unfortunate.

I see there are many awful reviews for this store; however, Bahador (and two team members) was a lifesaver yesterday! He truly went above and beyond in customer service for my pharmacy needs and helped our family after hours of insurance calls got us no where. Yes, I'm sure they are understaffed, but all of them truly showed caring for a patient and made a difference.
