Not happy with the expeirence I had here today. I came in wanting to get something for my daughters project, and the people working here were NOT helpful at all. The service was not good. I got something that was locked up, and it was a whole ordeal and took over 45 minutes to get it. The prices are reasonable here and they have a huge selection of things, but when it comes to customer service don't rely on the place

ordered items via online and scheduled to pick up at this Walmart Neighborhood Market in Bellevue. A man brought out my purchase. After receiving most of what I ordered (one item was unavailable), I asked for a receipt of everything that I did receive. I was told, it would be emailed to me. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS! I go home and look into my email and find we were in fact charged for the item that was unavailable and that we did not receive. I call Walmart to try and get help but the phone just rings forever. No one working the phones at 6:15pm?! I had also walked into the store to use the restrooms. THE LADIES RESTROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY TRASH! I walk past the self-check outs on my way out of the store and I see Walmart female workers standing at the end of each self check-out aisle as if they were security watching the customers ring up their purchases. TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS! Walmart! Please get people in your stores who want to be there and know how to provide good customer service.

I have been coming to this neighborhood Walmart for years; I haven't experienced a bad experience until 1/17/2024. It was around 9 PM when I stopped at Walmart to pick up ingredients for dinner. As I was self-checking out, I accidentally rang up the tortillas twice. I had asked the employee on standby to help me delete the extra scan. She had pale skin and short black curly hair; I believe her name was "Lina." She gave me an unwelcoming look as she approached me and said, "How are you scanning your food?" I replied, "Excuse me." She then deleted everything I had scanned and said, "I'll do it." She snatched the Gatorades from my hand and tried to check them out for me. I was confused as I did not ask her to do everything for me. I felt embarrassed as other customers were staring at me, and I felt discriminated against. I thought she had assumed I was doing something wrong. I was in disbelief as I never experienced this horrible customer service. I then told the lady I did not ask for help and why aren't you giving the same treatment to other customers but me. There were a lot of other customers with way more groceries than me. She then called her manager, Rosie, and instead of Rosie approaching me professionally, she gave me even worse treatment! She didn't investigate what had just happened and proceeded, giving me a horrible attitude. I was shaking and highly overwhelmed with what was happening to me. I explained my story, and she completely disregarded my feelings. She stood there watching over me as I continued scanning my items repeatedly. I felt her glaze right behind me, and I was upset. I thought I was being stereotyped, and they were being completely biased. She continued, "Oh, don't forget to scan this and that." At this point, I had it and let her know I did not appreciate the way she was talking to me and the way she was watching me. She replied, "Get out of my store!" It was already late, and I had to return home to my son with no food for dinner. This store needs to train its employees on customer service and how to handle specific scenarios regarding being professional to their customers. Rosie, the person in charge then, had zero respect for her customers and needed to learn communication skills and how to manage a family-friendly store. I will be calling corporate and placing my complaint.

Came out of a Yelp coma to post about my negative experience had here with Walmart in Kirkland. The entire experience was one star. The service I received was not good at all. These people were not friendly when I came in today. I had some questions for some of the staff, and no one was willing to help me. The last time I came in the cold units that store food were shut off too. I try and avoid this place

I use their pharmacy. Had a problem with an on-line pharmacy so I tried Walmart. Also checked a local pharmacy a couple miles from me. It wasn't going to work for me. The Walmart employees and the pharmacists do a great job making sure I have a good understanding of the meds. It is a bit of a drive for me, but It's worth it. I asked if they are going to have a mail order service, at the time the counter person did not know. Frankly, I am more than willing to pay the packaging and posting via UPS, not USPS. Too many scammers break open mail boxes whereas UPS delivers to your residence.

Was looking for distilled water. Went to several markets and either they were out or the prices were to high Walmart had about 30 gallons on the shelf got only $1.29 each. Was so happy to find this supply. There must be a shortage in our area cause the prices have almost doubled at several of the stores I visited. BTW, the spices are a lot cheaper than Qfc & Safeway!

Good prices but always crazy busy and they don't accept returns after 6. Wtf. Why not??? They don't close until 10 pm!!!! They never answer the phone and are routinely out of stock on items, even tho their app says otherwise. I hate that I've spent the time to order, shop or return something and I can't because what they have posted online Is completely INCORRECT. Can't beat the prices tho. They're app is pretty good too.

Decent prices and curbside pickup, but don't expect to get everything you ordered. I usually grocery shop here as the prices are substantially better than downtown Seattle. Plus, with curbside pickup, it saves me a lot of time and ensures that I don't forget anything. However, it's really common for them to not have everything and substitute items. If your items are weight based, like meat, they offer to substitute a larger item with two smaller ones, at the price of the two smaller ones. And yet, on numerous occasions they'd only give one smaller item, and I'd have to contact support to get a refund for the missing other. Overall, it's still decent and I'll still shop here, but if you prefer curbside pickup, be aware of your purchases.

I usually go to the Walmart on 15063 Main St, Bellevue, WA 98007. In fact I bought goods over the last few days there. Today I bought 2 chocolate Dove Easter bunnies. They cost $4.48 each. As soon as I paid, I wanted to return them. I did not even go out of the shop. I went to customer service. The manager was Brian and the customer service person was Thais. But they said they could not refund me because of the system. I told them I would buy something more expensive and pay the difference but they refused. They refused to help me get a refund categorically. This is against my customer rights. I asked them to bring up my receipt for a second time on the POS to show me the error but they said they could not do it. Both the manager and the assistant LIED to me that they are not able to bring up the purchases on the POS for a second time. I am very frustrated by the bad customer service and lying. I might as well go to Costco or Safeway for better customer experience. I am complaining about the store manager and the assistant.

This is the super center style store. It is suffering from a supply chain issue as others are. Many shelves were empty but what was available was mediocre. I thought the store would change since the other Walmart in Factoria had closed. The lady at the self check out was great and helpful.!I can't see coming back to this location.

Store imposes a rule that they will not accept returns of anything bought at any other Walmart location. But when customers buy at other locations, they are told they can return at any Walmart store. This store just made up its own, stricter rule. Arbitrary and improper. Ultimately it's one company. What possible reason for this rule?

This grocery store is amazing! When I first moved to the area, this store was really sad, but they got new management and over the past five years, the store has COMPLETELY transformed. They have one of the best selections of any grocery store and all with great prices! They have a lot of great gluten free, vegan, and ethnic foods in addition to the regular middle American offerings. The pet section is also excellent. Before the transformation, I used to only shop here once a month at most, but now I go every week!
