On Friday, December 9, 2016, the Bel-Red branch was the closest branch for me to visit regarding a problem I had with my Washington Federal mobile app. Chelsea was the clerk who helped me on that day. She was very kind and most patient with me above and beyond the call of duty. Chelsea has been righteously helpful to me on previous occasions as well, as well as every other employee that I have met at this branch. On another occasion sometime back, I had an interesting conversation with branch manager Scott Disney. I'm not sure, but I think he is still there. Believe it or not, he is related to Walt Disney! And so, we had an interesting conversation about his famous relative for several minutes. My point is that my experience with Washington Federal has been good over the past four years, at both the Crossroads(my home branch), and Bel-Red branches. I originally signed up with Washington Federal in 2012, because they do not charge monthly fees on my checking account, unlike the previous bank that I had been with since 1984.
