Today I had an appointment at 3:30 p.m. Unfortunately, I had a delay in traffic and arrived 30 minutes late.Unfortunately, the cashier on duty rudely told me that they were not going to serve me because the Customer Service person was busy and that they closed at 5:00 p..I consider that it is not the way to treat a client, they should improve their service and their staff, because the only thing left for me with this experience is to close my account and go where they treat me as a person and not as an animal.Education is essential, look for personnel who have it.

I own a company in the automotive field. I’ve been dealing with cash for a long time. I usually come to this bank because they deal with my checks really efficient and fast. This review is primarily for Rosa. She is amazing. She has helped me a lot in where to invest my money and excelling my future!

I changed my name legally and came to this branch with the court order to update my bank records. And Adam REFUSED to update my records due to some minor misprint!!! The very next morning I went directly to a manager of a different branch and updated my records with NO PROBLEM: a misprint doesn't matter as soon as SSN is correct. Shame on you, Adam, for not knowing it!

Mamoosh or baboosh or whatever the Arabic teller lady's name is needs some serious training. I came in with a very simple cash deposit and she took sooooooo long (one finger tapping every 5 seconds so slow) I told her I don't need a receipt after she punched in my info. She then gave me back my cash and I was like no no no, I am in a hurry to get to work. English may be a problem too....wonderful.... Another employ saw me getting frustrated that she was taking 5+ minutes to make a simple cash deposit and assisted. She sat there with her distractingly heavy makeup and didn't apologize or anything giving me a blank stare... nice customer service Wells Fargo....safe to say this will be my last trip into this particular branch. What's it with banks and poor customer service these days?

Rosa is wonderful!!! She is very patient, experienced, also very thoughtful for the customers. The other lady at the counter is also very nice and helpful. I really like this bank.

Rosa is amazing! She's very friendly and professions. We go out of our way to see her when we need help with document signings & notary services. She goes the extra mile to make sure double check everything is in order and correct.

I came to the 15015 Main St Ste 101 branch in Bellevue to do my wire transfer today. I am extremely angry with the service they provided. I waited for a good 25 mins until I get served when there is no customer around 10 mins in. No one told me how long I need to wait or check in with me. As a result, I approached one of the bankers to asked to be served. The whole visit took me a good 45 mins in 2:00pm during an absolute off-peak time.

Extremely nice employees! They are always very helpful and accommodating towards their customers. We never had a bad experience here, and even when a financial problem arises they always find ways to help me navigate through them :)

Cannot say enough about Rosa (the branch manager) at this location. She is always helpful and super friendly. We have great experience every time we came to he. Highly recommend her and this location.
