WARNING: DO NOT CHOOSE Wells Fargo for business account needs. WF failed to set up my account properly 4+yrs ago so they ask just asked me 4+ yrs later to fill out a missing beneficiary form. I did so at the branch as soon as received the one and only letter in the mail (did not even receive a phone call warning). The branch staff was friendly but "loss prevention" aka the virtual customer service teams still could not lift the hold on our account after spending hours trying to reach the proper dept via WF CS lines to find someone to fix the issue. Only to have them still close my business accounts without proper communication back to me, leaving us in a lurch, forcing us to open a new business account elsewhere to ensure our business transactions are uninterrupted, because they no longer want my businesses due to a paperwork mistake created by themselves! I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. I have never experienced such disregard, lack of ethics, and disrespect to customers from a bank. Avoid WF at all costs!!! No stars but this forces me to select a star!

The teller really needs some training for customer service.

Wells Fargo is a criminal organization that is known for paying out billions of dollars in fines regularly for its illegal activities. This branch is no exception. After having experienced fraud where bank accounts were being opened without my permission and then were hacked into multiple times from within the bank, I moved my accounts to a new bank, and Wells Fargo made me pay a fine for leaving. Friends don't let friends bank with Wells Fargo.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever come across. They are unhelpful, rude, and could care less about their customers experience. I came in person to update my name change and address so I could provide this to my employer after it updated on my next billing statement. They not only put the wrong address but sent my credit card and debit card to my OLD ADDRESS, let's talk about how unsafe and lack of security there is here. This entire situation put such a bad taste in my mouth I am moving myself and the entire family to a new banking provider.

Well… I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 7-8 years and had the strangest interaction today. Went through the drive thru to cash some checks and didn’t have my debit card with me. As I have done in the past, I signed the back of checks and provided my drivers license to the teller. I was immediately asked again if I had my debit card and I responded unfortunately no but here is my ID. The teller asked me if I had a joint account which at that joint I found it as a strange question. So I replied that I only have a checking account. So the teller proceeded to ask my a few questions to confirm my identity (last 4 digits of social/ my email address/ and my home address) in which ALL of those should be verified if I have provided my driver’s license. Or at least I think that is the normal process. I am there physically and provided my ID, so why the extra questions? She finally goes to process my transaction. After a short couple of minutes a manager shows up and starts questioning me over a $100 check that was made to me. The check was made to Mr&Mrs (my first name and my last name)… The manager said they cannot cash the check because it has Mrs. on it.so She said that my wife who by the way doesn’t have my last name and has no account with Wells Fargo needs to come and provide her ID so they can release the funds… I explained that she has a different last name and she is not even mentioned on the check, but she insisted that they NEED to make sure my wife knows I am cashing the check… ?. At that point it was just becoming comical with their apparent policies that they have in place. I took the check, went directly across the parking lot to US BANK whom I have been mainly banking for 15 years and they took care of it right away without hesitation. This has been one of my most horrible experiences with a bank and absolutely left a bad taste in my mouth. If I had time, I would have gone inside and actually requested to close my account because It is extremely hard to do business with a bank that doesn’t trust it’s own customers… over a $100 check… I am still considering to close my account as soon I have time. The level of customer service I received today was well below any common standards. Hopefully some training can occur so they don’t upset many more customers with their silly questions.

Do you like getting scammed out of your own money? If so, use this bank. Nothing but poor customer service and not reimbursing for fraudulent charges. Worst bank I have used in 30 years.

Horrible branch. Arbitrarily decides which checks it holds on business account. I had to pull $8250 cash advance from credit card to cover employees payroll. When small businesses are struggling they hold funds and give no remedy and will not give timeframe for holds to stop or any information regarding holds before opening account. What’s worse is I have $50,000 in checks coming for employee pay and they say all checks over $5,000 are held 7 business days even though they have cleared checks previously. Assistant manager thinks he is king and makes decision which accounts have holds and which don’t without any rhyme or reason. They will cost you money having business account there if they don’t put you out of business.

The Wells Fargo Factoria is by far my favorite in the area. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable and fun to work with. They take the time to get to know their regulars. I go out of my way to stop of this location whenever I need something done right. Parking is easy and it's centrally located in the heart of Factoria. Also, if you're looking to hear some banking wisdom, sit town w/ Terrance and you'll be in great hands.
