Worst service. Bankers don’t want to help you.

Avoid Wells Fargo, and particularly this branch, like the plague. They simply can’t do anything to help you. Their hands are tied by bureaucratic red tape after dozens of years of Wells Fargo scamming its clients. I’m sure they’re trying to help, but they physically can’t. If they screw anything up, and believe me they will, they will apologize profusely and do nothing to make it right. Last week they closed an account with no notice and sent me a cashiers check for the full balance, quoting me 10 days for it to get delivered. Never mind the employees I have to pay or the other 10 accounts they could have deposited that money into instead of sending a check. But again, there’s nothing they can do about it and they’re really sorry 😊

I had the pleasure of working with Chan Tran at Wells Fargo, and I can confidently say that he exceeded all expectations. From the moment we started, Chan demonstrated a deep knowledge of banking products and services, guiding me through each step with patience and clarity. He was attentive to my specific financial needs and tailored solutions that were both practical and beneficial. What stood out most was his professionalism combined with a friendly, approachable demeanor, making the entire experience stress-free. If you’re looking for a banker who truly cares about your financial well-being and goes the extra mile, Chan Tran is the one to trust. Highly recommended!

Previous I put this comment to a wrong branch(Redmond), but after double check my appointment was at this branch. Delete the wrong one and put it here:
This branch sucks. Several months ago, I made an appointment at 3, and arrived at three. But it went late because the banker was occupied by others.
I waited for 20mins and asked the old lady at teller’s seat what the eta is. She said: “your appt is at 3, but sometimes it goes late a bit. The banker is helping others so we can’t bother him. You are looking to downgrade the account, usually it takes 1hour, so if you are busy you need to reschedule.”
Here are my feedback for that old lady sitting in the teller’s seat:
1. 20 minutes is not “late a bit”
2. Bother him? It was my appt time, and I need the banker to give eta if it goes late.
3. Downgrade the account took 15 mins at last. Even if you cannot give eta, don’t lie.
4. Don’t show an awful face when someone complains with a reasonable reason.
This bank sucks, avoid at all cost.

If I could give it a zero star I would!! They gave me a counterfeit $100 bill and now I'm being told I won't be compensated!!! How horrible can you people be?!?

Went in around 410 and waited in line 20 min before being helped by Linda at 430 pm. Told the rep I was looking to open a new account but was advised that’s it was too late in the evening for them to do that now but that I could set an appointment - after already having waited in line.Suffice it to say I left without setting up an appointment. The location did seem pretty busy and business must be booming for them to just walk new account activations.

Can not just deposit a check to the joint account, asks for the second person signature.Which doesn't make sense as anyways both persons can use account.

I just wanted to thank the staff of this location! Especially Faye, who was attentive, professional and caring. Thank you, Faye. You are a fairy!

Don't use the drive thru atm unless you want to wreck your car. Only one lane available and adequate maybe for a cyclist. I'm upset about the damage.

Facility is nice and large, but at 12:19 on a Tuesday there is one teller while four people are waiting in line. The manager comes up and asks if he can help me with anything, and at the moment I'm not interested in any sort of refinancing, investments, or mortgage opportunity so I say no thank you I'm just going to wait for it teller to deposit my check. He suggests he can show me how to deposit it through the atm, and I mentioned that I've had two bad experiences with ATM check depositing and I would rather just wait for the teller and deposit my check and go. He asks a third time to show me the ATM, and then suggests it might be a while before Kelly's available, which is obvious. After reiterating that I will simply just wait here and deposit the check at the counter, he asks a final time if we can go over what issues I have with the ATM deposit tool, and I'm sorry but after repeating myself three times to this insufferable manager that can't just say okay and let me wait, I walked out the door and drove a mile down the road to the Kelsey Creek Wells Fargo instead. That being said he was nothing but polite. Oblivious and persistent, but polite.

I had one of the worst experiences I have had in any bank branch so far! The bank manager named Javier didn’t seem interested at all in helping us. I had to encash a cashier check that verified - he first misinformed me that I need to get it reissued telephonically wherein I needed to go to a bank branch and get a manual verification and reissue the same! When I went to the branch again and informed him the same he said he is busy the whole day and asked me to make an appointment for a later day.. when he looked online he was surprised and amused that he was busy until next week to help me with a 5 min transaction! He was idling around the whole time chit chatting with his boss. Please don’t waste your time going here, there are several other Wells Fargo that can help you readily!

Manager was very friendly, but why at 1:30 in the afternoon are there zero tellers in the branch?!
