If I could give it a zero star I would!! They gave me a counterfeit $100 bill and now I'm being told I won't be compensated!!! How horrible can you people be?!?

Went in around 410 and waited in line 20 min before being helped by Linda at 430 pm. Told the rep I was looking to open a new account but was advised that’s it was too late in the evening for them to do that now but that I could set an appointment - after already having waited in line.Suffice it to say I left without setting up an appointment. The location did seem pretty busy and business must be booming for them to just walk new account activations.

Can not just deposit a check to the joint account, asks for the second person signature.Which doesn't make sense as anyways both persons can use account.

Don't use the drive thru atm unless you want to wreck your car. Only one lane available and adequate maybe for a cyclist. I'm upset about the damage.

Facility is nice and large, but at 12:19 on a Tuesday there is one teller while four people are waiting in line. The manager comes up and asks if he can help me with anything, and at the moment I'm not interested in any sort of refinancing, investments, or mortgage opportunity so I say no thank you I'm just going to wait for it teller to deposit my check.He suggests he can show me how to deposit it through the atm, and I mentioned that I've had two bad experiences with ATM check depositing and I would rather just wait for the teller and deposit my check and go. He asks a third time to show me the ATM, and then suggests it might be a while before Kelly's available, which is obvious. After reiterating that I will simply just wait here and deposit the check at the counter, he asks a final time if we can go over what issues I have with the ATM deposit tool, and I'm sorry but after repeating myself three times to this insufferable manager that can't just say okay and let me wait, I walked out the door and drove a mile down the road to the Kelsey Creek Wells Fargo instead.That being said he was nothing but polite. Oblivious and persistent, but polite.

I had one of the worst experiences I have had in any bank branch so far! The bank manager named Javier didn’t seem interested at all in helping us. I had to encash a cashier check that verified - he first misinformed me that I need to get it reissued telephonically wherein I needed to go to a bank branch and get a manual verification and reissue the same! When I went to the branch again and informed him the same he said he is busy the whole day and asked me to make an appointment for a later day.. when he looked online he was surprised and amused that he was busy until next week to help me with a 5 min transaction! He was idling around the whole time chit chatting with his boss. Please don’t waste your time going here, there are several other Wells Fargo that can help you readily!

Wells Fargo cannot be trusted. From sneaking in fees to our accounts as well as not refunding fraudulent charges, we have had the worst experience with this bank. Also watch the Netflix documentary "Dirty Money". I think it speaks to the companies priorities.

I’m a GM/DM of a couple hotels in the area and so I visit this Wells Fargo almost daily to do cash deposits. Let me say that first off your drive thru ladies are phenomenal. They greet me by name and are wonderful. They opened the lobby so I decided to go in today and I had an extremely poor experience with a Jennifer. I would recommend some customer experience training for her. I just came in for my daily deposit and she might of been having a bad day but she seem to lash out at me for no apparent reason... strange. Maybe check in and make sure everything is okay with her.

I have been treated poorly by Wells Fargo for 14 years. I stay here because of the ease it makes to transfer money to family members...where WF is the bank in their area :(I am not recognized as a person.....just my husband. This misogynistic company demands that spouses in community property states signs the loan paperwork....but will not speak to you unless you are the man on the account.After 14 years they do not recognize my name, my cell phone number or my mailing address....just my husbands. No matter how many times I call, no matter how many times I request, no matter how many times I have gone over it from top to bottom, NO MATTER that I have gone in and made a scene......only the man. Only my husband matters.I wish I could find a financial institution with integrity. Any suggestions are welcome.......

Extremely rude and awful management and employees.One of managers at this branch Misinformed me on phone about personal loan ,However she didn’t know anything about my question.Please don’t give a wrong answer if you don’t have knowledge about the Specific banking question.I think her name was Jennifer.She needs to get some banking courses.
