Support at Bellvue were very helpful and explained things about how they increase prices only once a year compared to Public Storage who I left because of there continual every three month increase.

The facility manager, Caroline, made the process quick and painless. I explained that I wanted to downsize to a smaller unit and she quickly put the change in place.
I’ve been a renter at this facility for over four years and have never had a complaint. It is clean, well-lit and secure. And the staff is professional and friendly.

It was my first visiting the place. I had a few questions for the front desk. They welcomed me with their smiling. And gave all I wanted to know the answers and showed me a couple of vacancy rooms. It was so helpful me. The gentleman and a lady both were very kind and they treat me as a customer with their professionalisms. I will recommend anyone if someone is looking for a storage company. This is the company you need.
I could process the pepper work so smoothly at the front desk. Thank you for your hardworking. You guys are so awesome I can give you 5 stars!

Karen was very helpful and professional. She showed me multiple storage units and helped me to understand the differences and the advantages of each. We discussed the policies, signed the lease, and I got access to my new storage unit.

Our experience was a good one. Jared was very nice to work with and the building is easy to navigate and clean. We decided to get a unit here and the process was very efficient and straightforward. I would definitely recommend renting here!

They increase price frequently. I have a small unit like a closet size, 5’ x 10’. It started at $60. Now they increase quickly to $220 / month. Be aware.

The facility is clean with covered loading area. The unit height is very talk (over 9ft?). The most of all, Caroline, the staff, is a very kind, helpful and professional person!

Caroline took an extra long break. We waited in front of the office 20 min past from when the sign said she would be back, 35 mins total. When she got back from her super long break. we didn’t get an apology or anything when she finally helped me. There was no customer service. Said I had to buy insurance, and gave no explanation as to why other than it’s our policy. This was not a great experience
