I used Wine Storage of Bellevue for about 4 years to store my small wine collection. Steven and Kim in the main office have always been super helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store a valued collection.

I'm a member of several wine storage facilities in the greater Seattle area and Wine Storage Bellevue is top notch. Excellent service. Kim and Steven are amazing. The extended hours access makes wine storage very convenient for my schedule. Facilities are very clean and the members only tasting room is perfect for private events. 5/5 stars from me.

I have been a customer for over a decade and have always received exemplary service. Kim and Steven have always proven to be very professional and responsive in handling my needs - be it via email, phone call, or in person at the storage facility. I highly recommend this place for wine aficionados looking for a location to store their wine.

This place is top-notch. It's a great facility with easy access in and out. I especially appreciate the ability to ship wine directly to the storage, knowing my bottles will be stored in perfect condition and handled with care. On top of this, their staff (hi Steve and Kim!) are very professional, always courteous, and have always taken care of anything I needed.

This is a great place to store wine. The staff handles deliveries with admirable care, keeps abreast of facility conditions and maintenance issues, and provides everything I need for moving wine around and recycling surplus packing. As a bonus, Kim (manager) and Steve (asst. manager) are good people and I enjoy having an excuse to know them a bit.

Great wine storage facility, but primarily if price is no object.Pros:I really like the convenience of the locationThe staff are generally responsive and friendlyWhen outages arise they do all the work to get the place back online*Cons:The prices escalate like a rocket ship. Expect minimum 16-20% increases per year, every year. For reference, I'm currently paying triple now what I did when I moved my collection there. So, consider this before going all-in.* when outages inevitably occur (they've had a few so far in 2023) don't expect any sort of notification. This can be troublesome if you keep really treasured wines there.Overall it's a great place to store wine.

I've been a client of Wine Storage Bellevue for over 5 years, and it's hands-down the best storage facility in the area. It starts with the staff: Kim, Steven, and Ajit are amazing. Very communicative of the goings-on in the facility, and will receive wine parcels on your behalf right into temp controlled for later pickup. The locker area is very clean, well-lit, and the temperature extremely consistent (yes, I've tested it!). We used the Amoroso room almost every month in the time before COVID, which is a large and comfortable place to gather with friends and do a tasting (permit required). They're almost always at full capacity, but keep a waitlist for specific locker sizes to try to coordinate swaps if people are looking to change. I'd love it if they carried some wine accoutrements for sale, sort of like how the self-storage side sells boxes and tape (you never know when you'll need a spare set of stemware, storage boxes (storvino/weinbox), labels, or party paraphernalia). Just a suggestion!

Family owned this is a fantastic space! Wine lockers are nice and the event space beautiful! They set this up right! Only minor set back is that it shuts down at 10pm no matter what, but I think it's worth it.
