The words customer service obviously is NOT apart of the job description. I will never purchase from this establishment. If you're looking for helpful employees you will NOT find them here. If you want to be spoken down to and made to feel that you're an inconvenience this is the place for you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seems like nothing has changed with the overwhelming amount of reviews noting rude and dismissive employees specifically in the fitting room but also everywhere else. Seems like the whole staff is a part of a high school clique and are unable to treat paying and not paying customer with any respect or decency. You work in customer service, stop acting like someone asking for help isn't your job. Will NEVER shop here again and will be telling everyone I know not to as well as making a complaint with corporate. Not one employee was helpful or even friendly. DO BETTER, hope this location gets all new staff because obviously they chose the wrong profession.

Not sure what the staffs deal is. Came in to pick up an order and they were so rude and non chalent. Customer service is obviously not a priority but being semi polite or even acknowledged would be nice. Seriously the 2 staff members I encountered were so bad I ain’t never going back

We bought kids’ socks at Zara, but the size was completely wrong. When we came back to exchange them, the store manager said that Zara “does not accept socks back” because they were already opened. Excuse me, but how can you even check the size without opening the package? This feels like a complete refusal of service and total disregard for the customer. Very disappointed with this level of customer care. In normal stores, they try to help the customer — here, they don’t. After such treatment, I have no desire to shop at Zara again.

If you’re looking for a cheap fast fashion, this is the place for you. Don’t expect to be helped as employees. Do not get paid enough hours to deal with you. They cut hours like crazy management is normally very helpful. Just rare and hard to find sales associates are nowhere to be found or are less informed.
Ps. The fitting rooms don’t be surprised to find it like a fitting zoo it’s not even the customer‘s fault it’s just way too much stock and way way too little employee

Horrible customer service and store manager needs to train employees to assist customers. Not everyone steal so stop with the pre judging just because someone cant pull up their QR code because there is an error with your app. Thanks! Not even an apology after I was able to pull up the QR CODE do better Bellevue ZARA!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Zara Bellevue Square. Staff in the fitting room area were openly rude and dismissive. When we asked about using the family fitting room (since others were occupied), we were met with an unfriendly and snappy “No, it’s for people with kids”, no courtesy, no professionalism.
We treated the store and clothing with care, returning everything neatly. Still, a staff member came and aggressively re-hung everything in front of us without a word, showing clear irritation.
This is not what I expect from a global brand like Zara, especially at a premium location like Bellevue Square. Whether this was personal bias or just poor training, it was completely unacceptable.
Zara, your staff desperately need customer service training. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Russian girl working at 4pm in the men’s fitting room was extremely rude. Some people just don’t have a knack for Customer Service and don’t understand that they are there to assist customers. She made a big deal about a few clothes left behind. This is someone who is just not cut out to work in retail.

I had a humiliating experience at the Bellevue Square Zara where their security followed me for no reason—no alarm, no bags other than shopping bags, nothing suspicious. I can’t help but wonder if I was targeted because I’m Asian. I’ve filed a formal complaint but want others to be aware—this behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. Do better, Zara.
