IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO RETURN A PHONEOn 07/14/2018, I made a request for return. Customer service specialist told I will get email with instructions in 24 hours. I got nothing. Then, I needed to spend hours on a phone to make a simple painful return with a great delay.If you purchase here something, be ready for pain of for you money lost!Finally, they have sent to me shipping labels for return and repair. I have sent both phones to them. Paid out of pocket $150 for new phone and $50 deposit for repair beforehand. And this was not the end of the story!RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE DROPS THE PHONEOn 07/15/2018 I called to ask about my orders for return and repair. I made orders but did not get shipping labels on email. Different specialists provided me different information. Finally specialist dropped the phone, refused to tell her name and her supervisor's name.3 days later, I did not receive any shipping label despite on multiple promises of customer support.AFTER I SENT PHONE FOR RETURN, THEY TOLD THEY HAVE NO PROCEDURE FOR RETURNOn 07/22/2018 I called customer support to inquire status of my return and repair. I bet you will not guess how terrible the answer was. Representative told me that he cannot find my orders with the numbers given. But he told something else also: "ZTE USA does NOT accept returns for the phones purchased. We do NOT have such a procedure"And this is after I paid money for the phone and sent them phone back! I am not sure, but I can assume If they leave customer with nothing it looks like intentional fraud.No comments...CUSTOMER DESK KICKED ME BACK AND FORTH FROM PHONE TO EMAIL AND BACKOn 07/26/2018 they started to kick me back and forth from phone support to email. On email, they refuse to answer questions and on a phone they send me to write them email. 2 weeks ago I have sent them 2 phones: for return and for repair. As of today, I didn't get repaired phone, didn't get money back for return. Few times they told they cannot find their own return numbers (which they provided to me).Do NOT believe to any single word of this terrible manufacturer! They just take your money beforehand and don't get back.THEY ASKED ME TO PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR THE REPAIR AFTER I ALREADY MADE PAYMENTOn 07/28/2018, I made another call to their service desk. I already paid beforehand $50 for the repair beforehand. They told me I need to pay another $100 just for repair. That means total cost of the repair is $150. Paying attention to that new phone costs $150. This is ridiculously. Of course nobody told me about that when I paid first $50. BTW, in 2 weeks I still didn't get my phone.THEY SENT TO ME BROKEN PHONE AFTER "REPAIR"08/06/2018 I have received "repaired" phone. In fact, it was mockery from the side of manufacturer. They have sent to me crappy broken phone! When I turned it on, it showed the "software update" screen for 12 hours and did nothing. Reboot did not help... Customer support recommended to press power and sound buttons simultaneously. This did not help. After that, customer support did not respond for the whole day.Finally, on the next day the phone turned on. It was even worse. It rebooted itself every 2(!) minutes.A lot of bloatware was on the "repaired" phone. It was not on my old phone before. Dizzer, TouchPal etc, annoying notifications. Many of them are impossible to remove.Finally, I launched Youtube and came to the situation without exit. Phone showed the same screen for many hours. No buttons worked including power button.Upon receipt of the "repaired" phone, I returned my temporary phone back to the store. Thus, for now i have no working phone. ZTE did not provide me temporary phone for the time of repair. For now I have this crappy device, I spent $50 for repair, waited 3 weeks and finally got nothing. Do not trust to this company.Then they asked me to pay more if I would like to send this device back to them.

Bought a ZTE Axon 7 and three months later started crashing like crazy. Filed a support on 18-Apr, sent my phone and they returned it back totally untouched, that very same day was crashing. Called again and they asked me to send it again so they can replaced the device. Today is 9-Jun and I still have no phone, when I called, they claimed they don't have devices and they need to do inventory.Not only they stole my usd400+tax but also the device.Don't buy this brand at all, the phone is unreliable , the company sucks on their customer support and they steal people. #ThisBrandSucks #ZTEUSA #WorstExperienceEver
