I arrived at the shop at the appointed time (10am Monday) in order to have my brake pedal area inspected.
At 4:30pm, I decided that I better call them and see what's going on as they close at 5pm. Typically, shops inspect the vehicle, locate the issue, give you an estimate, and you go from there. 6.5 hrs later, I called and they said that they got my vehicle up in the air late because I was scheduled for Wed and that they had to fit me in when they could. I would've never agreed to Wed because I work that day and both my wife and I are off on Mondays allowing me to have a ride to/from the shop. Anyway, they said that they didn't hear anything out of the ordinary and that I needed new shocks. Not sure how they couldn't hear the hissing from the brake pedal every time you pressed on it as well as the metallic tumbling clank sound which I recorded and played for them. I have a sneaking suspicion that they completely ignored my vehicle. I'm not say that they did, just seems that way. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle (after hours) there was no paperwork concerning the inspection.
I work a lot and to flush a day off down the toilet is kind of annoying and now I have to take my vehicle into another shop and do this all over again.

These guys are pros! I’ve had an annoying steering issue with my older truck for awhile, had other shops did alignments and never was completely right. They got it in, diagnosed the steering rack bushings as the issue, had availability within a couple days to swap it out and it’s never driven so straight, Thank you very much for your help with my truck! I’d recommend your shop to anyone!

I called needing someone to look at my son's car which had just received rear tie rod ends and was fishtailing when driven.
They took it in immediately, fixed it perfectly and my son was back on the road in 2 hours.

As a fellow small business owner in Bellingham, you can tell when people love what they do and are good at it. Was planning to go on a trip to Idaho but my truck was shaking a bit. They got me in the next day inspected it and it's even charge me for it! They just gained a lifelong customer. Thank you!!

We called for brakes, took the car in, got charged an alignment. They got pissy when we said it wasn't for an alignment (we just got new tires with an alignment, why would I ask for one again?). Than got told we could come back later in the week for brakes. It doesn't matter if there was miscommunication or not, the handling of the situation was poor. Paid 100+ for them to do effectively nothing, we will not be going back.
