I have had a great experience working with the management company who run this storage facility. They are fair, and communicative. The building is very functional and conveniently located for me. It may not appear as modern as other storage facilities, but ultimately, do you really need to store your belongings in one of those peculiar and expensive liminal spaces? No, not really. Why not work with someone more local, who actually seem to care about their customers?

The staff is responsive and access it consistent. The elevators and carts have always been accessible and the proximity to Western is very convenient. I've had my unit for a while now (with my student rate) and it has been a happy choice thus far. Would recommend!

Great storage facility! The access hours are very convenient and the management is responsive and helpful if you need anything. There are little carts for moving items to and from your unit and garage style doors for loading in large items from the parking area. And to top it off the price is a great deal!

My family has been using All Heated Storage for many years, and I was worried when it was sold that the new owners wouldn't be as good, but they're even better! Everything is clean and well kept, the customer service is fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I won't go anywhere else.

We are very impressed by the storage experience received at All Heated Storage! With the new ownership last year came expanded access hours, added security, and new moving carts that make transfer so easy! The facility is kept very clean and is well-lit with motion sensor lights and seems very secure with camera surveillance throughout. Heated storage is important to us and we have never had mold or mildew issues with our stored goods. Payments are easy with the autopay program offered, Thanks go out to the owners and management for a storage experience we are grateful for!!

When the current owners took over, I expected the worst. I’ve been pleasantly surprised. They painted the outside of the building and upgraded the building’s security all while not raising the rents (so far). The staff is friendly and helpful, but no longer on site. However, that has not been a problem for me.

All heated storage is fantastic. The management is very helpful and the cost for storage is very competitive. Also the exterior has new paint and the place looks sharp. I recommend it for anyone looking for a storage solution.
