Andi Dyer and her entire team (Leah, Katie, et al.) were amazing from start to finish on our home purchase in Ferndale. Due to drastic rent increases, we had to move up our home purchase plans earlier than expected, and my partner and I were both anxious about whether we knew enough to be ready. Andi and Leah especially went above and beyond to help us navigate a process that ended up taking two months due to a predatory lender. Andi raised concerns and spotted issues long before we did, then helped us transition smoothly to a new lender so that we didn't lose the house we wanted. It was incredible to see her and her team go to bat for us in this and so many other ways. We reached the finish line with a great lender and a home that's perfect for us, in large part thanks to their diligence and commitment. We are so grateful to Andi and her team for helping us find a home.

My husband and I were selling off rental properties in preparation to retire and listed two properties with her at the same time. While she sold one within a week, the other would only appeal to a very small demographic of buyers. At no point in those five months did she give up, let alone stop updating us with new routes she was taking to find a Buyer. She was just as aggressive and excited about selling the second one as she was the first. Andi is an outstanding a Realtor to work with. She is an active listener with IN-DEPTH knowledge of the local market and great connections. We have recommended her to friends and she has become part of the family. ~R.B.

I cannot say enough good things about Andi and her professionalism and incredible support to me throughout the home buying process. This was my first home purchase and I was dong it by myself and moving from out of state. I had a ton of anxiety about the process and Andi walked me through it every step of the way.First off, Andi is an EXPERT on all things Bellingham. No really, she is. Andi is a second generation realtor in the area and is incredibly involved well-connected to the community (philanthropic, recreational, business, etc.). Andi literally knows all of the best spots -- doggy daycare, hardware stores, breweries, restaurants, handi-people, building supply, you name it. She will tell you all of the ins-and-outs of each neighborhood and why you'd want to live somewhere (or about the drawbacks to consider).Secondly, Andi is an undercover boss-lady who WILL GET THINGS DONE. Don't let her gracious, cool, calm and collected presentation fool you, she is tough and will go to bat for you when it matters. She is also ethical, respects your time and money and will be honest with you (ahem... "No way am I going to let you waive the inspection on that 100-year-old home with a sump pump...") As an out-of-area buyer, she would visit homes for me that I saw listed and take the photos that they...ahem...didn't want you to see. Andi literally drove all over town for me. Really she did that.Thirdly, Andi is a true professional who is up-to-date on all of the latest laws, market trends and will help you look for the investment value in a home (e.g. why purchasing a certain property might be a better investment down the road versus another. Andi also takes the time to educate her clients through a curriculum she sends them to educate them every step of the way.Lastly, and most importantly, I can say with all of my heart that Andi is a great human being. I am beyond grateful for how she has gone out of her way to support me in this huge transition in my life. Andi is truly the best in the business. Cheers to a new chapter. Thank you Andi!

I would highly recommend having Andi dyer be your next realtor she is patient kind and very professional she helped us with every step of the way in purchasing our home. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns you have. Even after you buy or sell your home she checks in to make sure everything is going or went smoothly.

We simply cannot say enough about the skill, professionalism, and compassion of Andi Dyer and her teammate, Heather. Our family had complex, multi-generational needs with a large estate to sell (grandparents) and another large estate to purchase (property with mother-in-law housing). Andi acted with patience and compassion with the older adults in our family, while keeping the needs of our teens and busy parents in mind. She was with us along every step of the journey as we searched for the property we needed, and jumped into action once we found our family's dream home. The grandparent's estate was under contract in one day (!!) and the new home's purchase was negotiated with skill. Besides her own work and that of her assistant, Heather, Andi also and connected us with professional services (lending, cleaning, inspectors) that exceeded all expectation.
