“I went in to visit the geek squad because I had made a mistake trying to fix my gpu on my laptop. I didn’t make an appointment beforehand but they were able to get me in within an hour. A young blonde man in glasses was able to fix my laptop within 30 minutes and explained to me exactly what was wrong and what had happened. He also gave me advice on what I need to be able to run larger games without pushing any sort of sale on me. Last geek squad I went to in my home town, they told me they couldn’t work on my computer and sent me away. 10/10 experience, very knowledgeable employees, and great customer service. Also said nothing about my winrar and the games still ran after lol.”

The main water supply to my house had burst, so I went in to Ferguson in a state of panic and in about 5 minutes they gave me all the supplies I needed to fix the pipe. It required some unique parts (converting 1 1/2 " PVC to 1" copper pipes.) They had all the supplies I needed and fast. Thanks!”

“We recently purchased a new refrigerator from D&B. They have been our go to for home appliances for decades. As fate would have it the delivery day coincided with torrential rains. Despite the literal torrents of rain the delivery team did an excellent job of removing the old refer and installing the new one. We would like to give special recognition to Rylan. His pleasant personality and calm demeanor made for a pleasant, if not delightful event.”
