The driver that towed my car was very unprofessional. He started pulling my car onto the flat bed when the hood was up and he had a charger on the battery. The hood slammed down and got dented by the battery charger. I was not offered any sort of compensation, not a discounted rate or anything for the damage caused but rather I was told to get the dent fixed and then contact the company for reimbursement. Even though my car was damaged, I did not speak harshly to this man nor did I get angry. I kept my cool and asked simple questions about what he was doing. I don't think I even got much of an apology. He did get defensive and told me after he got the car loaded on the flatbed and strapped down that if I wasn't happy with the service he would unload my car and I can call someone else. I didn't want to wait another hour for another driver. I forgave him for the dent in my hood (bmw 3 series, older but in decent condition apart from small cosmetic imperfections and occasional component failures) and asked that he please make sure my window is closed before he took it to my mechanic. I rode with him in the truck which was very awkward and by the time we arrived I was so stressed out that my hands were shaking. He's probably a nice person who is loved by many but that was the worst experience with a towing service I have ever had in my 37 years of existence. I should not have been charged and now my beautiful car has an ugly dent on the hood.

Very expensive. Got towed from Walgreens 5 miles for 415$

Jim was courteous, got me back on the road in no time, and made sure I got home safely. Outstanding customer service!
