Great experience adding a line today with the two gentlemen who helped us out. The new manager was super helpful in getting us setup and everything was super quick and easy. Highly recommend this store.

Luis was a huge help in solving my issues moving from an old phone to a new one. Great customer service, efficient work! Glad to have him and the store in the neighborhood.

Dyllan signed me up for the AT&T protect advantage plan without my knowledge or consent when I upgraded my phone recently. I was told that my monthly charge for my new phone was $7.99, and no where on the receipt is there mention of a monthly $17.99 charge for the protect plan. I'm very disappointed in his scummy tactics and deceit. Thankfully I caught it before I was billed and was able to remove it from my plan. A word of caution for anyone visiting this store and working with Dyllan.

Had my wife's phone added to my plan and upgraded her phone. The process in the store was fairly smooth, but unfortunately now that I am reviewing the bills, 3 lies were told to us by the rep Dyllan:
1. He claimed that it was required to buy the insurance policy for at least one month. He said we could cancel it after one month, but that it was required that we sign up for it. I've since learned that this is not true, as I just cancelled it online after less than a month. I now see this is a common scam (see other reviews of this same store).
2. He told us that a case came with the phone for free. We asked him to confirm this, and he did. We chose a case. Now I see that we're being billed for it in monthly installments.
3. Lie by omission: he signed us up for Next Up Anytime. He didn't mention this at all, I had no idea what it was until I saw our bill. I've cancelled it.
So to recap, this rep:
Lied about the insurance policy--doubled down on it when asked.
Lied about the free case--doubled down on it when asked.
Signed us up for a service we didn't want without telling us.
Completely inexcusable, this company and employee should be ashamed of themselves.

Be careful here, upgraded to a new phone and they added on insurance and Next Up feature without my permission. Makes sense why he rushed me through the screens at the end. Customer services removed it but I still have to pay the month and then they’ll add a credit next month. Very disappointing experience

I purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro & used the $700 Promo. I was told $11.11 per month would be my total cost. I asked 3 times. I was also told I could pay off my iPhone anytime. Details were never explained how it really works. $17.00 insurance & $6.00 phone upgrade feature, was never explained. Also, can’t pay off early. I can, BUT, if I do, the $700 Promo, goes away & then you pay FULL PRICE. Shame on that Dude, who didn’t do his job & fully explain the details. I feel I was Scammed

I had a terrible experience with ATT seattle in which they sold me a new iPhone that did not work a day before an international trip. The root cause was an error in how the Seattle store sold the phone rendering it unusable and me without a phone. Dylan did an excellent job describing the issue, getting my old phone re-set up as a stopgap solution and annotating in my account to extend the return window of the unusable phone. Dylan should be promoted, I wish all ATT employees were as capable as him.

BE AWARE - their partnership with Direct TV will charge you $20 per month for your 24 MONTH CONTRACT that they DO NOT disclose at purchase. You have three weeks to stop at no charge. Transparency is key here! They will omit this detail - protect yourself!

Empty store, and no wonder. ATT is the absolute worst company I have to deal with. Totally dysfunctional. This store was staffed by a taciturn fellow who barely spoke and was neither sympathetic to my problem with ATT nor helpful. After an hour and a half on the phone with ATT, while sitting in their office, and ZERO progress, I drove straight to Verizon, cancelled ATT subscription, and got lots of help. I don't care if I pay more money for less coverage; I hope never to deal with ATT again. They are completely inept and could care less about customer service.
