This is the best phone store I have ever been to! It is located in the Bellis Fair Mall and I have now been here 3 different times, and it is always 10/10 service. Today Antoinette helped me solve my problem in less than 10 minutes. It was a great experience and I will keep recommending AT&T thanks to her and the rest of the awesome staff at this store!

Be wary of this store. They told me they had a phone in stock, show up twenty minutes later 'oh we sold the last one just a second ago'. Then they signed me up for some kind of extra plans that have eaten up two hours of my time on customer support trying to get canceled. Either incompetent or shady, but there's no reason this should have been the experience with them.

I had the best experience with Shalinna helping me setup my new phone. She was awesome! Whatever they are paying her, they need to increase, as she is what will keep customers coming through those doors!

Ryan helped us set up an unlimited plan after a messy month with another service provider. Ryan was like the light shining at the end of the tunnel, and finally i have a working phone plan thanks to him! He was super helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend this location.

Worker didn't put my address down correctly even when I tried to confirm he had. Now the phone I ordered is unable to be delivered because they don't have my apartment number. Pretty annoying to have to deal with. Especially considering I could easily change the address myself but AT&T doesn't allow me to.Went back to try to get my issue solved and the worker was busy sending customers to the AT&T store he usually works at in Anecortes so he can poach sales from the workers here at Bellis. Worker did not resolve my problem but instead sent me to the corporate store to fix his mistakes.

Very bad experience, they lied to me. I am a customer, but they cheated me money and not refund me. DO not believe them, especially when they ask your credit card secure code.

Made an in-store appointment days ahead for an online pickup at this store. Drove 60 miles on the day of the appointment just to find it's closed. No notice on storefront whatsoever saying why it's not open. Folks at the other AT&T store said this is just a franchise outlet there's nothing much they could offer to help.

I’m only writing this review incase it helps someone with a similar issue, and I’d give it 1 star but I did get a mostly working phone out of it. Nina was in on her day off so maybe she forgot but she didn’t help me set up my phone at all or explain how it worked. I got an iPhone 12 with a First Net line. I was having an issue not being able to reply to android text messages. The phone has the option for 2 lines, only one of them is active with the First Net service and the other is inactive but still has my number attached. After going to the Burlington AT&T they quickly figured out that turning off the inactive line fixed the issue.

When you are in Bellingham in Washington State and need AT&T service and/or help, look for Enedina Ruiz, she is the best!! This is the best customer service I have ever received in my life!! Very helpful and dedicated, she was helping me online with technical support for more than 1 hour and managed to solve my problem. I'm couldn't make or receive calls and she helped me. In addition to that she is bilingual. Thank you for your help, it was difficult being away from home and without communication and you helped me. I hope to see you one day in Puerto Rico ?

Technition was was very nice, but needed a bit more training. He admitted that he was new and was the only one in the store. He was not able to complete the set up on my aunt's phone.

Nina was amazing! We had a very very complicated transfer from other phone companies and she sat with us for several hours and did everything she could til she finally got it worked out! She was so good natured and expert at her job, she made what could have been an excruciating and complicated process much easier!! So glad she knew her stuff and could even guide us through talking with Verizon and T-Mobile to get it done! Thanks Nina!
