I have purchased from Audi or VW Bellingham for the past 25 years and never been disappointed. The cars and service they have provided me has been outstanding. I would like to thank Meadow for helping me to pick out a great car. She is a wonderful person who really cared about what I needed, asked all of the right questions, and walked me through the process. She was prepared when I arrived for my appointment with potential cars with my requested options, test drove with me through rush hour, was patient and kind, and helped me to choose just what I needed and get out the door quickly. No hassles! I would also like to thank Thomas and Shadix for their diligence, responsiveness, and kindness through a very challenging issue with my old car. Great service! The to/from transportation perk is really nice, and it’s great they offer it even for routine maintenance. Ben made sure my notes got to the technician and when they did find something he communicated with me early so I was able to have it addressed that same day. He also had very practical advice and I didn’t feel he was just trying to upsell me.

I just recently bought a 2022 corolla from them and Lukas helped me out with this. He and the staff made the process so easy and not once did I feel any pressure or feel overwhelmed. I've had really bad experiences with dealerships taking advantage of me and just trying to take my money and get me out the door. They gave me a really good amount for my trade and got me into the car of my dreams for a relatively decent price. More than what I really wanted to pay but eh, it is what it is.everything these days costs more..I never once was made to feel stupid, and not once did I feel taken advantage of. As a woman who does everything on her own and isnt the most knowledgeable or assertive when it comes to car buying, that meant a lot. Lukas was great and the finance manager was extremely helpful and even offered me advice. Everyone was really friendly. I would drive up from tacoma to do this all over again if I had to. The drive was worth it. Thanks Lukas and thanks audi of bellingham!

I take my Audi e-tron there to get serviced and they always do a phenomenal job. Very friendly and professional staff. Scheduling and paying could be done online so it’s super easy. Very happy customer.

Went in for an oil change/ 60k check up. The service people were amazing! They were a little backed up but they kept me in the loop. I really appreciated the little video the made of my inspection! While I was waiting Daria made my dream come true and I got to test drive my dream car that they just happened to have on their used lot. I’m definitely coming back to her to build my brand new one soon. 10 stars!

Both times I have had positive experiences with very helpful and professional service team members.
