Purchased a Q5 from John Finlay. The entire sales department was very warm, professional and very focused on working out a deal that was comfortable for me. I highly recommend this dealership. They go out of their way to be helpful and Brian even dropped by my house to pick up some paperwork to save me a trip. Cannot do any better than that!

I had made an appointment with John Findley and he was ready when I arrived. John is knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find the right car at a price I can afford. I live in Annacortes so John has agreed to deliver my Q5 hybrid, and pick up my trade in. I’m impressed by the courtesy, and friendliness of virtual everyone I met at this dealership. We bought a Taos and have our ID-4 serviced here - Jack and Hilda their service managers are great and Harley over at their pre-owned dept is most helpful. Great courteous attention and follow up to customer needs.

After a month long vehicle search, I found one. Even though it was about 2hrs away, the rep Lucas made extensive videos and went above and beyond customer service. I even got the vehicle delivered! I cannot say enough about how easy and straightforward the handling of the finance and the entire experience.

I had my 2024 Audi A5 door handle fixed and the service there was amazing. I was contacted multiple times throughout the day to keep me updated and sent a video of exactly what was fixed. 10/10 service!

Always courteous and considerate of the time that I have to donate to my auto maintenance. Usually repair my vehicle when I show up to make a repair appointment, which saves me a return trip at a later date. That’s convenience!
