“Took my Palisade to the dealership for a routine oil change and they found an oil leak. They quoted me close to $1k at the dealership to fix the problem. My husband called Lucky’s shop, and they were able to get us in. They let us drop off the car early, and they finished in a timely manner. Best part was they cut our cost almost in half, and got the leak fixed! Quick turn around, helpful and professional.”

“I felt well-treated by the company. I submitted an online message and received a call soon after the business opened on its next business day. The establishment appears professionally run, and the reception and waiting areas are inviting.
The service I had done, I believe, was a little more expensive than a dealership shop would have charged. (I assume independent shops have lower labor charges.) But I appreciated the time and effort expended on explaining to me what the vehicle inspection revealed, so I think that was a plus.
I mentioned what I feared was an issue with the vehicle, and I was happy that they could find nothing wrong (instead of trying to upsell me on something). What’s more, they fielded questions from me about the issue and whether it was a common problem on makes/models such as mine. Their answer put my mind at ease.”

“My car needed an oil change. My hairdresser recommended Master Lube. I was glad I decided to go there. Master Lube is a first come first serve basis. They greet you right away, you stay in your car while they are servicing it. They clean your windows, check all fluids, check tires, and headlights/ blinkers. You are in and out of there no more than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend”

“Kudos to Bellingham Honda. I just purchased my third Honda product through them. As I've come to expect the entire experience from walking on to the lot to leaving with a new vehicle was seamless professional friendly and believe it or not quite a bit of fun. Loved working with our sales representative Pete Davis who went above and beyond our expectations. Pete went out and found the vehicle we were looking for and was able to procure it in a timely manner. He never made us feel like we were being too picky. I asked a lot of questions and Pete had a lot of answers.
Also appreciate their finance department We dealt with John who was a pleasure to work with. I have unfortunately experienced the deterioration of customer service over the last few years.
