Store 4130; the Manager, Jared went out of his way to take care of me with the return of my warped routers. There was a glitch in the system to my disadvantage. Nevertheless, Jared totally took care of the issue and honored the warrantee. One million thank yous Jared!

Turned my whole day around; Dusty deserves a raise!! After employees at Jiffy Lube broke the part of my headlight needed to unscrew, Dusty stood outside with me in the cold and tried every method to get that light unscrewed and replaced. It was not easy and I fully expected anyone else to give up, but he did not. Excellent service.

My parking, brake and right turn signal lights went out. Went in and talked to Tim. Within 10 minutes he had new lights in and I was set. Awesome!! Thank you Tim!
