The owners and employees here don't pick up any trash that's left around the lot. The owner is kinda a d*ckhead. They're is a couple self storages in Bellingham that have way better prices. Would not recommend

When I called in I was met with a woman who was very unprofessional. When introducing myself, that I used to work there, and trying to find what was available, she insisted my saying that I used to work there was being rude. From then on she only wanted to speak of her offense. She was not helpful at all, and had a very bad attitude.

As I pulled in less than 10 minutes before closing with my room in an uncovered trailer and my mattress atop my jeep, I felt the first few droplets of rain hit my head before entering the office for the first time. When we went to finalize the details, the machine says "DO HONOR CARD" which the day before my entire paycheck had been deposited onto! I am so fortunate they were able to still allow me to move in moments later before my bed and belongings became soaking wet, and gave me the opportunity to pay after I was able to clear up the issue with my card. The girl was super friendly and wasnt even upset about having to stay after closing time to help me into my unit. Needless to say I chose the right place!

Our unit along with several others was broke into one night but it was not noticed by the staff till around 11am when they had contacted their customers. Not only was the insurance we purchased through them cover the thief nor would they reimbursed/replace the lock that they the themselves cut off, but there is only one security camera that faces the entry gate.

This storage facility never answers the phone and they are not open when they say they will be. I called to assure there world be someone there during the hours of operation and I drove there after being called and tools someone would be there. When I arrived 1 hour before they closed the doors were locked and nobody was there.
