Bad experience with this bank, visited yesterday coming from Vancouver canada. Bringing all documents from court as guardian of person and property. I was doing inventory and report , asked the bank about the 7 years bank statement (2017-2024) but they gave me 2021-2022 summary of account and there’s no more file it’s all close that’s was they said. They don’t help people.

Worst bank on the planet!!! The two branches in Bellingham they NEVER answer the phone, EVER. We had eight business accounts with them and I literally had to fax them on their fax line and ask them to call me because I would call several days in a row at least 20 calls and no one would ever answer the freaking phone. AND THEN, one day we go to the bank they closed all the drive-thru lanes. They have more Lanes than any Bank in the city and they closed all of them so now you had to get out of your car and go into the bank . They wouldn't even open the drive-thru Lanes during the pandemic instead they made people line up and wait outside in the rain. After 12 years of dealing with this BS, we closed all of our business accounts. Unfortunately our Alaska Airline credit card is Bank of America so we still have to deal with the bank. You don't want to deal with this Bank because if you have any issues you can never get anyone on the phone and they charge ridiculous fees.

I had a good experience here. Steven helped me out and seemed very knowledgeable even though he's been there for only 2 years. He made the process of making a bank account through this branch very easy and was very kind throughout the whole experience. If you go into this location I would recommend requesting Steven.

Marguerite judged me the moment I walked inI asked her how her day was & she just looked me up & down& very snooty respondedI gave her my check & she did not inform me of anything that was going onshe went to the backthen called someone else overproceeded to tell me that she couldn't deposit itI went to BOA on the Guide Meridian & had absolutely NO PROBLEMSI believe she didn't like the color of my skinThanks a lot Marguerite for NothingI will not b goin to this location ever again because of her

I came without appointment. And didn't wait for a long time which is pretty good. I had question about credit cards, so bank staff was extremely helpful especially Steve who explained to me everything and helped to apply for the right credit card after all. Because I'm foreigner I had a nonstandard issue which is led to a lot of questions from my side, Luckily Steve was very patient) Definitely so far one of the best experiences among visiting BOA branches.
