“I joined ICU in the late 80's; the start of my building credit was their financing the purchase of a truck for me in '91. 5 years later, I walked into the office of credit manager Jeff Chambers and presented my well-drawn plans for a house, and asked if I could be financed for it. He looked over me, the plans and my proposals and at some point decided I was a chance worth taking, not necessarily by the numbers but by making a judgement call on me.
30 years later, I'm living in that house, that truck is still in the driveway, and my credit score is well over 800. My nearly 40 years as a member has illustrated the value of ICU's investments in our community, in us. I've always found the staff easy going folks, who have worked with me to solve the sometimes unusual issues that I've put in their laps. 5 stars isn't enough.”

“They're a good bank It's typically a lot of them around easy to get to people are friendly The only thing I had a problem with is a one time I had an excessive charge of overdraft fees it was a literal thing of not using my account very often something automatically went through that I didn't think would have because there's no money in the account got to leave for you and got late fees on top of late fees I talked to the manager at Blaine he wasn't very receptive So I just paid everything off but from that point on I misunderstood what overdraft protection was for and how that worked so that's the only downside I would say to WBC is that expense”
“The staff is friendly and the space is nice but anyone still using a legacy bank like Chase is getting ripped off. The interest that they give on savings accounts is almost non existent with nothing given to checking accounts. This isn't what you can find elsewhere. The only advantage to brick and mortar banks is cash exchanges.”
“Staff are excellent. As a disabled customer, it infuriates me that they don't have a restroom customers can use. Or what if you're pregnant and trying to open an account, which literally takes like 2 hours?? Ridiculous. Also very bothered by the fact that you can't view your deposited checks online. Hopefully they add that feature soon.”

“The bank staff is very helpful. Speed is little slow. Bank Manager should be more available to clients with smile. It is small bank with low customer volume. There is enough time at hand to extend courtesy and making branch environment more lively.

ICU came to my rescue and got those funds returned to my account in an astonishing time -- only three days from the time I notified them. Great job, ICU!
