Bath & Body Works is a wonderful and great place to shop with hundreds of quality products, including fragrant body lotions and the world's best 3-wick candles. The store is clean and has lots of products. Customers describe it as their favorite place, where they always feel warm and welcomed. The store associates and employees are consistently noted as super sweet, attentive, helpful, nice, and awesome, without being too pushy. They are ready to help put together the perfect gift. The manager sets a great mood for the team, making even busy days like Black Friday a caring experience. Great training is evident, and many have been coming for years.
I only shop the sales. Their prices have increased quite significantly. It's too bad because I was a very regular shopper here before prices increased so much

I wish I caught the lovely lady working the opening area of the store (promoting new fragrance and whatnot) name! Her and Sharon made my day! Super sweet and attentive ladies!

Great place, clean store and helpful employees that aren't too pushy. Prefer this one over the one in Tsawassen. They have lots of products which aren't available in Canada as well.
