I am here today. I park on fuel stop. I checked in. Person on duty very friendly I ask questions he give all ans. Then I went to the gate and entered . All people very nice and help full.

I was here two months ago and I leave the comment over there about the waiting time and I receive reply in comment section. They say it was a busy weekend and still today its the same waiting no one in checking office no one pick phone calls

How to get here? I-5 Exit 256a, then along squalicum way, truck route. easy do it. Remember, don’t get in gate, you must check in first. Checking office location is outside the gate, just beside the fuel stop. You can park in the fuel station and go to check in. Print a gate pass, then stay in truck, waiting for a call. Nice guardsman! Good luck! No overnight parking.

We delivered a load today at their Burlington,WA facility 301 S Walnut St. The person who took the paperwor, was very rude, making racist comments. We called and asked to talk to the supervisor, and the supervisor told us he wouldnt know which employee that was because there are multiple people and didnt really seemed concerned. I will never send my truck to this facility again. No one should be treated like this ever. No one wants to hear stuff like this when they are just doing their job. So ridiculous.

I checked in at 3pm and These morons got me loaded 9pm on Friday Night only to realize they did not have some USDA paperwork in order and they cannot let me go. Load is canceled and I’m stuck here till Monday. Of course the broker is just as helpless as you’d expect. I guess if you getting loaded here at BCS call them and ask stupid questions like if all the paperwork in correct order and they are positive they can get you loaded. Better safe than sorry.
Thank you for not doing your job. You costed me a couple grand in lost income.
Update: any miscommunication could have been resolved at the stage when I just checked in. Not wait until 9pm Friday after actually getting me loaded, and having to unload me.

Fast and easy. Checked in at 15:25 for my 17:45. appt. Was called for a door about a minute after checking in and was out the gate loaded at 17:15. Thanks
