Chris was beyond helpful in getting me set-up. We had an opportunity to talk for a bit and you can tell he really cares about his customers and the service he provides. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. The facility was quite clean, they have carts available, hours of operation & location are great and it appears to be very well monitored. I feel confident & comfortable in storing my belonging here.

The new owner, Chris, was a true gentleman. He saw me out the window and opened the door for me, helped me carry my boxes, and got me a cart, all without my asking. He helped me out when I couldn’t remember nor find my lock code. What could have and really should have been a very stressful failure on my part, he turned into a friendly and easy success in getting boxes into storage. Thank you Chris for being my hero yesterday!

Great place! Been there for 8 years and not one issue! Just upgraded to larger unit, and still a great price and very clean! Great and friendly staff as well! Alway have recommend them when I am able!

I've been a resident at Bellingham Mini Heated Storage for four years, and since the new owners took over, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. From the moment you walk in, the staff are incredibly courteous, always greeting you warmly and offering assistance with any specific needs. They’ve really stepped up the level of customer service compared to the previous owners, who were nice but didn’t quite match the current team’s friendliness and attention to detail.
One of the biggest improvements is their hours. They're open Monday through Friday and stay open until around 6 PM, making it extremely convenient to stop by after work. With the previous owners, I always had to make an appointment just to access my storage unit, which wasn’t always easy to arrange. Now, I can pop in after work without any hassle, which is a huge plus!
The facility is very well-maintained, with all the supplies you might need to move or store your household goods readily available. It’s also impressively clean, and they keep it secure—there’s no issue with unauthorized people hanging around the units like I've seen at other storage places. If any problem arises, they are quick to resolve it, making storing here a stress-free experience.
And, let’s not forget the prices—you can’t beat them! Their rates are very reasonable, especially compared to other storage places in the area, where prices were often outrageous.
Overall, I highly recommend Bellingham Mini Heated Storage and would rate it 5stars. The new management has made all the difference, and it’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their facility.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and kindness I received at this U-Haul location, especially from Chris. I was going through a difficult time, including a sudden move and some financial issues, and Chris went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it.
From the moment I arrived, he could tell I was having a rough day, and instead of just treating me like another customer, he took the time to talk with me and show genuine empathy. We ended up talking for nearly two hours about life, and I left feeling less alone in my crappy situation. He even helped extend my reservation to make sure I had enough time to complete my move after my day had been thrown off. His patience and willingness to go out of his way were more than I ever could have expected.
Chris didn’t just offer outstanding customer service; he made a real human connection that made a lasting impact on me. If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly cares about their customers, this is it. Thank you again, Chris, for turning a tough situation into something much more manageable. I can’t express my gratitude enough!

I’ve had a unit with Bellingham Heated Mini Storage for about 2 years now and I’ve been really happy with them! Pricing is fair, the unit I have has shelving which helps save space and with organization, and I feel better knowing my belongings are in a clean, indoor facility. Management has been friendly every time I have come in. Recently, I noticed they extended their hours which is another bonus and super helpful for someone as busy as me.

The least skeezy storage place I've ever been to! All indoor, wide hallways, big carts to move your stuff in & out, an elevator, security at the only entrance, and because there are only so many units here, it is not super busy. I also love how quiet it is. This is probably the only storage place I've seen that is actually pleasant to go to.

Todd at bellingham heated mini storage was the best! he was fast and very helpful getting me a unit! I love that it is full monitored with cameras as well as high end security. This is a very clean and well maintained facility, where they not only watch for theft, fire and vandalism but for rodents as well. It's definitely improved over the last few months. I highly recommend bellingham heated mini storage

Staff is helpful and friendly. Nothing fancy just secure place to store your stuff. Price is market and storage building is kept warm enough for staff and electronics.
