It’s really confusing to see so many employees working and multiple check stands available, but none of them actually open. Customers are being forced to go to customer service just to check out. It doesn’t make sense and creates unnecessary frustration.

I used to not be a fan and was upset when I could not schedule a appointment for my car service here online. We drove almost a hour in hopes being they are cheaper than anywhere else for what we needed and they actually made sure we got in same day!!! So glad I waited until now to put in a review, nice job all, faith restored in the BB!!

Went in to buy a new TV since the old one failed. We were in and out in 30 minutes or less. The guy that helped us in back made sure it was upfront and the second guy put it in our vehicle.

Not many people working there now and it's hard to tell where to pay. Feel like it's changed a lot, but decent selection and pricing. Staff seemed decent and helped a bit.
