Always liked BevMo, they offer a great selection of drinks and products, fair pricing and a nice environment.
Where you lost me as a customer involved your asinine policy (or the associate just did not like us and made something up)
Me and two friends (between the ages of 29 and 30) stopped by on our way up north from a lengthy road trip stopped by only to buy an non-alcoholic energy drink and nothing more and continue on our way. We were denied the sale of (1) non-alcoholic energy drink because just one of us did not have our state-issued ID on us.
I understand if one of us was buying an alcoholic drink and everyone in the party was there gets ID'd and we get denied the sale because someone can't verify their age. But to deny someone the sale of (1) non-alcoholic beverage otherwise is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. You can go into any convivence store, gas station, and grocery store that sells alcohol and purchase a non-alcoholic drink no problem, so what is BevMo's reasoning? I don't believe their is a reasonable one.

Some prices are not as good as say fred meyer or Walmart on typical cannes drinks. They have a discount program but you must sign up to get the sale prices. Public bathroom.

A good selection of products but their prices are not competitive at all. I found more aggressive pricing @ Safeway, let alone Total Wine. One and done.

They didn't have, & couldn't order the alcohol (Kinsey-Bourbon) I wanted but had plenty other stuff at good prices. Picked up a few things anyway.
