Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was rude and condescending and the whole time I was waiting for my daughter who was trying on dresses and one employee stood right outside next to me watching like we were going to steal something.

We bought a homecoming dress for $141 and the gems came off the first 15 min of her wearing it. By the time she was done with homecoming, there were a large handful missing. So much so that there were noticeable patches of missing gems even from a distance. Very overpriced and poor quality.

I came here with my friends. Staff didn’t talk to us at all, did not receive any help, nor was offered any. We were rushed out of the dressing rooms very rudely. You just lost the business of 5 people.
