Daisy is amazing! She solved an issue we were having with the call in customer service on fifteen minutes. She asked our budget and got us set up right away. She knew the total for phone, line, case and protector off the top of her head. We will never deal with any other boost mobile dealer after dealing with Daisy.

Boost Mobile (BM) online was NOT willing to help me port my number out. So BM online customer service forced me to goto the nearest BM Store. Luckily I met Sky at the Bellingham BM Store who was understanding, very friendly, and helpful to get me my port out PIN. She was AWESOME eventhou I was leaving BM. 5+ Stars for Sky and 0 Star for BM! THANK YOU SKY!

Called the store after talking to boost support about phone upgrade. Was met with someone who was very unwilling to check my account, help and caught a huge attitude instantly for no reason. Her alone makes me very unsure about ever going to this location again. I believe the name was daisy

Horrible customer service. Came in to buy a sim card. A lady was not helpful at all. I guess she was to busy eating her food to help us. She wanted me to buy a phone in order for us to activate a sim card. She finally sold me the sim card. She didn't give us any help on how to activate the sim. I call customer service. They said that the people in the shop should have activated the sim. I had to call two phone numbers in order to hear she sold me the wrong sim card. I will not buy from this company again.

Charged me 35$ to activate phone I purchased on boost mobiles website. Phone would not activate, even after I called customer service. I was told to take it to the boost store and get a new sim card. Phone cost 20$ but 35$ to activate, what a joke.

The store itself is a joke. Indifferent employees every time. Only the young guy who works there is responsive without an attitude. Today I went in to talk about voicemail issues I was having and the woman behind the counter was indifferent at best. When I came in she asked me how I was doing and I said I would have been better if you'd answered your phone about an hour ago when I called. I left you a message to call me back. She said you know sometimes, we get to take a lunch. And boy did she have enough food behind the counter to prove that point.For an hour and a half with no call back?She made me feel stupid by saying I should have downloaded the new voicemail as prompted. So she did it for me and I thanked her. The voicemail app seemed to be working, she tested it although without any sort of interest. I got to my car, checked my voicemail only to find that the 88 messages I had saved were gone. Vanished. Into The Ether. Then I remember that's what happened last year. You would think they would know that at the store that when you download the new app everything else disappears. Nowhere does it say anywhere in the promotional materials online or otherwise that you should back up your information before you download the new app. Shame on you Boost Mobile. And especially the Bellingham Washington Boost Mobile Premier store.

So I just got the iPhone se there after I asked what the phone deals are and he told me that was they're only deal and then I saw the iphone 11 for $50 I told him I wanted that phone and he told me that they don't have it and there was no way to get one so why advertise it?? And in the middle of helping me pay for a phone that I didn't want and said I can't return he gets on the phone and stops setting up the phone so I was stuck waiting it took over 45 minutes and and still here waiting for my phone this is the worst place I could've gone through don't make my mistakes don't came here I can't wait to be able to go to a different company I'm just going to chalk up the cost of the phone because I want him to be able to unlock it yet he was just rude his whole demeanor was rude he was unhelpful it was just a terrible experience his name was Rafael C if anyone is curious which employee
