If you are looking for cheap thrift finds, this is not the place but you will definitely find some decently priced trendy items. Items are always circling through and every time I go I see all new stuff. Workers are super nice and fairly knowledgeable about what they currently have if you are looking for something specific. Sort of hard to move around the store because of the layout but I have never been disappointed just know you're not going to find $3 tees and crazy deals.

The service is Actually just so terrible, a bunch of teenagers that are hostile for no reason, they are so belittling that I don't even wanna go anymore. Not to mention you need a state issued id to sell clothes or a passport and neither can be expired, I'm not buying alcohol or doing anything illegal. All their stuff is overpriced and not even worth it go to value village or goodwill.

I was surprised. By no means was I expecting to get my money back for what I paid when the items were brand new. But the 50% of retail value they promised in person would have been nice. I brought a trash bag full of name brand items. The Athleta tops were $100 each, shoes $150+ each. The bag was full of similar items like Lululemon in fantastic condition. And they’re in demand for the upcoming season. She only wanted to give me $40 store credit. Or $20 cash for the whole bag. I kindly asked for all of the items back and wished them a good day. The man in front of me got $80 for a couple jackets. I hope they were Prada or similar. I’m convinced these girls don’t know the clothing value even though they say they offer 50% of retail value for the items.

We had a good visit yesterday, much better than in the past. Service was good and we found several items! Thank you for the good experience!

Cute clothes. Here are a list of stores that are cheaper: target, forever 21, urban outfitters, h&m, goodwill, value village, ross… a lot of these are fast fashion stores, but at Buffalo exchange, you can buy fast fashion for more than the original price

The staff here is extremely friendly and processes your goods fast. I am 51 years old and have been buying/selling clothing for years. There have been times I have been made to feel "less than" about my attempts, but not here. Atticus and Echo are super professional and welcoming. Thanks!

I went into Buffalo Exchange to shop for a miniskirt to wear when I stand in solidarity with the LGBT Community this week. I was profiled, and accused of shoplifting the sunglasses I wore into the shop, that I bought at Hot Topic in January! WTF?! I've been a loyal customer since they opened, and am still like Huh? I will not be doing business with BE again.

This place is garbage. Tried to sell some of my clothes here that were brand new with the tags and all I got was $4, was insulted and laughed at by a staff member, was lied to about them not accepting bikinis w/o a liner for sanitary reasons (but found one on the racks lol), and after shopping around I found even more of the exact same clothes I brought in that they didnt accept... All the buyers here have horrible taste in clothes,,, the clothes on the sales floor are dirty, worn out, and super basic and unflattering. If you want cringey clothing and an interaction with rude staff, shop here lol... will 100% NEVER sell or shop here again, this isnt even the first time ive tried to sell here and they never the take high quality or high end brands only ever the most basic brandy melville, abercrombie, urban outfitters lookin s*** lmao... would give this place 0/10 if i could

Really lame selection, they only hire a specific vibe for the buyers and it shows. Really horrible taste in clothes.. Like sooo bad, definitely can find a better variety at value village. I would shop here if they hired people with better taste.

while they have a pretty cool selection compared to value village and goodwill, they can be pretty hit or miss. I don’t appreciate how inconsiderate buffalo is to sellers, i was told there would be a 2 minute wait and then waited for 25 minutes in line to sell my items. After waiting very long, they told me i would need my ID to sell which i didn’t have so it was a waste of time. I wish they were more clear about the wait times and long process for selling and what is expected of the seller. They also overprice most items significantly while not offering much to sellers. The person in front of me sold lots of items to them and it totaled to around $100 they offered them $45 in cash or $99 in store credit. This feels like a big leap not gonna lie. I wish that they spent a little more energy on customer service!

Girl named may (I don’t know how to spell it) was incredibly rude and short with me when I asked where the plus size section was. Felt hostile and not welcomed. I seriously hope management at least speaks to her.

This place used to be cool, now all their clothes are mid and you'd be lucky to find 1 cool thing. Also smells like piss in there

Way too overpriced for consignment. Half the clothes they have in store are nothing more than basic t-shirts you could find a value village or goodwill
