“The staff was very helpful in figuring out what to buy for my deck reinforcement project based on engineering plans I had received. I bought a very large beam 6x12x12 but a few days later decided to buy an even larger 16 foot version. They had no problem with my returning the original. It was also helpful to have them forklift the beam to the top of my SUV as it was very heavy.”

“Lumber quality is the best you'll find anywhere and prices are competitive. My only frustration is, as a customer who makes smaller purchases for smaller projects, I feel some of the staff sees me as less important than other customers making larger purchases. Some staff have actually made me feel like an annoyance (not worth their time). It has kept me from utilizing them as much as I would like. Frustrating, since they do carry a superior product.”
