“My car needed an oil change. My hairdresser recommended Master Lube. I was glad I decided to go there. Master Lube is a first come first serve basis. They greet you right away, you stay in your car while they are servicing it. They clean your windows, check all fluids, check tires, and headlights/ blinkers. You are in and out of there no more than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend”

“BEST SERVICE EVER! She stayed late on CHRISTMAS EVE to make sure my DISGUSTING car looked better than when I even bought it. I can literally see my reflection in everything; it smells amazing. I have had three dogs and three cats in this car, and NOT A SINGLE HAIR is left. Truly spectacular, wish there were more stars to give.”

“I stopped by and waited but no one was there and I was going to drive out and then an employee came and said I should have wait here. I said I did and I was going to drive off.

Anyways, I paid for basic and I like that there were two nice employees pre-spraying my car and one to dry off my car by hand. I think they need to have an alarm or ding system when someone come there or an employee by the door because I came and thought no one is there and I was like not a second car wash with no one and no pay button. They can learn a thing or two from car washes in Seattle and Tacoma.”

“Reason 1 million I will always go to Birchwood Auto: TRUST. (TLDR at end) Story: diagnosed leak in main oil seal. It's a cheap part but labor is like 15-20 hrs. They have to remove the transmission to replace it. So it's hella spendy. While having convo about it, I mentioned how surprised I was because there's no big puddles in my garage. Unbeknownst to me, the lady in the office had a discussion with the mechanics about that and how I was wondering if I should just get a new car. I decided against it due to monthly cost, interest rates, etc. I just need it to run for another 2-5 years...get the kids thru high school. They tried to call but didn't leave a msg and I didn't recognize the number so of course I ignored it ? I went to drop off this morning, the week of my kiddos day camp, NWWF, dr appts, etc...such a bad week to not have a car! She came out as I was unloading my scooter to let me know that they decided I should just check my oil regularly and make sure to note if there's any additional fluid on my garage floor and they want to check my oil seal and oil level in a month. If it's a really non-impactful leak, they suggest regular oil changes but to just let it lie since it doesn't seem to be a problem. I can always shell out the $$ later if needed, right?! The mechanic stopped me on my way out to let me know that if I want them to check my oil periodically, they can do that no charge, no problem. I told him that I love him. And that I meant it. I mean, they are doing what's best for me while also cementing my loyalty. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I DO. THIS is how you build loyalty, return business, and positive word of mouth. I also scheduled my husband's car for a much needed oil change...I love Birchwood Auto. TLDR: Birchwood Auto did what was best for me, possibly saving me nearly $3k and cementing my loyalty and trust.”

“Read all the other reviews - So let's be honest, this is an $8.71 car wash! Find it that price anywhere else! So what if there isn't a vacuum spot at the end. Honestly, it is the best tunnel carwash in Whatcom or Skagit County I know of!”

“The do it yourself bays have the foam cannon, some bays work better then others. The automated wash works well but is powerful, I’ve had trim pieces fly off. Overall good, I use this one often.”

“I used the self wash 3 times and never had an issue, only charged $10 or less and never had leaks, hose had good pressue and my car left squeaky clean.
I never tried the vacuums or drive thru wash, i have good floor mats so i just dump the rocks out every now and then, no vacuum needed”
