We have used Carolina St. Storage two separate times over the last decade. This place is the best. Camille is always so friendly and professional. She and her staff have great customer service. The location is always clean, nicely landscaped, and there is no litter or trash anywhere. It is very secure with specific codes for the gate and each individual unit.
Camille worked with me to rent a truck for our move out. Our move out date changed a few times and she explained the move out process regarding our automatic payment plan.
I would highly recommend Carolina St. Storage for any storage needs.

We currently rent with Carolina Self Storage. They have top notch communication, fair prices, and care about their renters (especially renter safety in winter time).

I've used a number of different storage facilities, and have had the best experience at Carolina Self Storage. The units are very clean and accessible and the entire place is well-run. They have someone in the office 7 days a week and are very responsive and professional through the entire process. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

I contacted Carolina Self Storage explaining what we needed to store. Jasmine emailed back quickly with what size unit would be right, and specials they had going on. It was a simple sign up online, as well as finishing paperwork at the office with Jasmine and Camille. The property and unit was clean and the perfect size for what we need. Security is impressive with coded entry and exit, and they will sell you a nice hefty disc lock for $13. I would not hesitate to recommend Caroline Self Storage.

I had a great experience working with Carolina Self Storage, they were the perfect facility for me to keep my things at for a few months. Unit was clean, facility was easy to get in and out (even with a 20’ uhaul), and office staff was very respondent and helpful.
