About Cascade Natural Gas
Today, Cascade serves more than 314,500 customers in 95 communities – 67 of which are in Washington and 28 in Oregon. Cascade’s service areas are concentrated in western and central Washington and central and eastern Oregon. Cascade serves a diverse territory covering more than 32,000 square miles and 700 highway miles from one end of the system to the other. Interstate pipelines transmit Cascade’s natural gas from production areas in the Rocky Mountains and western Canada. Cascade is a subsidiary of MDU Resources Group, Inc., a multidimensional natural resources enterprise traded on the New York Stock Exchange as “MDU".

I wanted to thank the gentleman Cascade sent out to deal with Locator ticket 25110669. He was very quick and efficient yet was a delightful gentleman to converse with about the location he performed. Struck me as very knowledgeable individual.

Using the website, is easy and I only had one problem, and it was with an old email account, so I made another account with a much newer email, and haven't had any issues since.

My parents had a suspected issue and after a quick phone call, a technician showed up immediately to check it out. It turned out to be a very minor issue but we were treated with such kindness and respect. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and being so responsive.
