Decent selection of beer and sometimes they have some decent deals on snacks and beverages BUT beware of the most expensive gas in Bellingham and always cross-check the price they list in the store for items and what they charge you at checkout. I have been overcharged at least half a dozen times from this store. I catch them, they correct it. It's not clear if the help there is inept or if they're actually charging more and skimming off the top. UPDATE: I literally just asked my wife to stop by there on her way home and pick up a couple rockstars which they currently advertise 2 for $3.75. She bought 4, didn't doublecheck at the checkout and she was just charged full price (close to 10 bucks for 4), and this same thing happened to me last week and I had to correct them. Lowering to 1 star.

I live in Lynden and was getting fuel at this location because it was 30 cents a gallon cheaper than the Lynden location . Now it’s a whopping 40 cents a gallon higher than Lynden. Not only that I stopped by the Smith and Guide location last Thursday and the sign said 4.11 gallon, I inserted my Chevron card and the pump said we are lowering your price. Imagine my shock when it showed $5.29 gallon on the pump for 87 octane !!!! I canceled the transaction and after 30 years probably won’t be back!

So I put 10 bucks in here when I stopped the pump. All the numbers kept climbing. I even got a video of it the second time, but it didn't do it as much as the first time. Did it to me twice.I do not recommend getting gas here unless you want to pay extra for air.

Wow, I have to say, my experience at Chevron at this station completely exceeded my expectations! Not only did I find everything I needed, but the warmth and hospitality I received from the team, especially from the cashier named Andrew, truly made my day. From their friendly smile to their helpful attitude, they really went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant visit. We had a great conversation. And let’s not forget about the drinks – absolutely delicious! I got a Dr Pepper and the carbonation was perfect. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment. My business and I definitely will be back soon!” As a business owner let us know if we can do anything to help.

Always friendly staff. Good to have a local gas station with conveniences in the neighborhood. We miss George the old owner but also like the new owner.

Sunday, Sept. 23, 5:00 pm - the cashier told my husband to "go fu?! Himself"!! Absolutely shocked. I hope this employee is fired. We asked for our money back when he gave us the wrong lottery tickets.

A bald Employee with facial hair who works at Chevron on Guide Meridian in Bellingham, told me, "Go f*** yourself," when I asked for 10 plays on a single ticket ($20) for that night's Powerball. His frustration at not being able to operate the lottery machine... poor training or lack of brainpower. His foul mouth... poor parenting. DONT GO HERE!

I love this company and will go out of my way to spend my money here over any other coffee shop because of our similar values and the good things I hear about how they treat their employees. That being said, I very rarely see Starbucks employees who look miserable or who act over the top nice to mask their loathing for their job -- I'm sure they exist, but I digress. Specifically this location has the NICEST most welcoming and accommodating baristas I have ever encountered. I dont know if they can sense my sometimes-depressed vibes or what, but whenever I'm feeling bummed or just not very confident or happy, I'm always showered with compliments and super nice conversations with the baristas and it genuinely makes my day so much better. Also they make my order perfect every single time, even when I switch things up. They were actually closed for some reason randomly, a couple months ago and I literally PANICKED because I thought they had closed permanently. False alarm. All is well. This is my favorite Starbucks on the planet. Go there. Itll be your favorite too.

I'm a night shift nurse who needs a hit of caffeine in order to stay alive and keep people safe. Unfortunately, this Starbucks, which is closest to me, has the slowwwwwwest service I've ever encountered. On multiple occasions around 6:30pm, I have waited 20 minutes in their drive-thru behind 4 cars when I could not get out because a car had pulled in behind me. When I've abandoned the drive-thru and gone inside, it's the same mind-numbing snail pace. People have told me about having similar issues here, noting that they have stopped going there entirely and are instead going to the smaller (dare I say better...?) coffee shops nearby. Guess I'll be doing the same....

One of the friendliest groups of people I've ever met, more than happy and sincere when greeting. Amazing customer service.
