For taking action against a business for performing community service. Wasted money. The money should have been spent on hiring someone to complete the landscaping job, rather than you lawyers to sue. How much did the city spend on this and how much is it still spending? I have recently needed guidance from Chmelik Sitkin & Davis for work in Port business. I have had the pleasure of working with Holly. She has been wonderful. I never get "too busy" feeling taking my calls and questions, and she answers them quickly. I like that the firm has lawyers that specialize in different areas. This means they don't charge you for someone to go learn a new subject. They go ask the team member that knows the legal answer already. Great team!
