Doctors Groff, Knopf and Noe are hands down the best vets I've ever taken a pet to. Without question the best place for cats in the PNW.

I am so thrilled to find a vet that is dedicated to just cats.
While we loved our vet in Ferndale, we switched to one in town that also offered Saturday options.
I have taken both of my cats here for wellness checks and vaccines for my newest kit. Everyone has been extremely nice, knowledgeable, and overall very careful to ease both anxious cats.
I've seen some negative reviews about price gouging... and I just haven't experienced that. In fact, when they provided the kitten exam for a kitten I adopted through the Alternative Humane Society the vet noticed his liver might have been enlarged and wanted to see him after a few more months of growing. We came back for a follow up, and they took Finley to do a quick check, and he was fine. They did not charge me for the visit which I was thankful for.
I would highly recommend Chuckanut Feline Center!

Chuckanut feline center the BEST!!!! I took my cat Missy to get her 1 year check and she was in heat when she wasn't supposed to be . Unfortunately she had to go through an exploratory surgery to find out if she had any ovary tissues And what do we find she had ovary tissues she was going in heat. Thank goodness Chuckanut Veterinarian Took very well care of my Missy She was hurting for a bit and the veterinarian called and checked on her she's back to normal Thank you for taking such good care of Missy Missy has a new family. Thank you!!!

Such caring service here for my kitty! Love having a cat-only vet place and everyone here is so helpful. As a person who gets anxiety around phone calls I love the ability to book appointments online! Also the fact they are open on Saturdays is so convenient. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

There is no other vet I trust more with my kitty. They are so kind, extremely informative and highly reasonable in prices. They’re even kind enough to have recommendations with different affordable foods and medications. Daisy and I have been coming here for 2 years now. I don’t see us going anywhere else ever ♥️

Extremely hard to get an appointment, they do not listen to cat owners about their concerns and seem inexperienced when dealing with cats despite their name. The staff at this place also shame cat owners and try to get you to buy their products which are outrageously priced. Avoid this place at all costs

Highly recommend! Our cat is a little scaredy-cat and Dr. Noe and Kendall treated him so gently. The vaccines and wellness visit was great. Love the low stress office and very knowledgeable staff!

They will charge you huge sums of money for things you didn’t consent to. Very nice people so you won’t realize you’re being ripped off until you get home and take a second look at the bill.

I am urging every kitty owner to avoid this place at all costs. The vets are nice, but this place will price gouge you and charge you exorbitant fees without your consent. For context, I got kitties from Humane Society of Whatcom, which gives you a free vet visit to a local vet. Per the Humane Society’s vet’s recommendation, I lined it up precisely so that my cats’ first vet visit would align with when they needed a vaccine. When I got there, they said it was still a bit early and recommended I come back in a few weeks just for the jab, though they did the checkup that day. When I came back, despite having healthy kitties and never requesting an additional exam (and being explicitly told previously that when I came back it would only be for a quick appointment to get the vaccines), I was shocked to find an additional $150 charge — $75 per cat for a vet visit fee. I brought this to their attention and they refused to take accountability or refund the fee. I am shocked and appalled that they would ruin a potentially long-term relationship with a customer just to exploit me.

I have a 2 cats, a sphynx and a shorthair kitten. I first came to CFC because I was having issues getting answers from my previous vet (Bellingham Veterinary) and was tired of having to pay to go to the emergency clinic. The first appointment for my sphynx the technician checking us in right of the bat printed out the records for him and I found out that the previous vet clinic had been lying to me about the diagnosis of Asthma and a heart condition. I payed hundreds of dollars to find out he had both of these conditions at emergency care when I should’ve been told the first time instead of prescribing meaningless medication to put a bandaid on the problem. I am so grateful and feel that my concerns and my animals well-being really feels like a priority at CFC. I am always welcomed to a warm, friendly environment and feel that my cats are actual patients instead of just another name on the screen. There is something to be said about a clinic that just specializes in cats, as they are often misunderstood and pushed aside. Thank you guys so much!
