Lindsey is very helpful and has been answering all my questions and helping me a lot with the items that I bought. Please give her a raise or at least throw her a personal pizza party. I will buy more stems and seat posts later. Thank you so much! Great product btw combined with the great customer service. Just an overall amazing place.

Cirrus Cycles bike seat suspensions are fantastic. I would get head aches after riding my only front suspension dirt bike. But after getting the Cirrus system, I not only got a great ride, but no more head aches. Also the friendly service is great. Just call and they advise and fix the concern.

Great seat post for my cyclocross bike. Makes racing rough courses much easier/faster. Had some issues with the bushings after a year or so. They replaced them for free at their shop while I waited. Awesome serivice!

I bought one of their posts from Pedego of Portland last week. The finest post I have ever used, by the way. However, I am a natural idiot, so I broke a piece while incorrectly attempting to force in a spring like a drooling cave man would have done.The piece happened to be the only piece not listed as a part they sell. Just my luck! However, the gentleman, Chris, who picked up the phone was gracious enough to include it and send it to me for free along with an order of accessories I had placed the night before. Fantastic product, and the service is even better! Thanks, Chris!EDIT:14MAY2019Once my brother experienced my first BodyFloat that I had purchased over a year ago, he absolutely refused to give it back, and demanded that I sell it to him. He wouldn't give me a choice haha...It worked out because I had been eyeing Kinekt's (Cirrus Cycles) newly designed post for a while, anyway. I just got off the phone with Chris several times, and he answered all my questions and helped me make an educated purchase based on my needs.I'm absolutely blown away by their kindness and professionalism, as well as their knowledge and expertise. They always strive to make sure their customers are well taken care of - so much so that I'm always left with a humbled feeling of being treated so kindly! You can tell Chris is a standup, honest individual whom represents and stands by an equally excellent product and company. A true gentleman.Also, you can always tell a quality company by their consistency - and over a year later, they only seem to be raising their own bar. If you want what is widely regarded as the best suspension post, look no further. The quality, support, and just the product itself, in my own humble opinion, cannot be beat. 5 star customer service. I called regarding a sizing issue I had; Chris sorted me out 100%.On top of that the actual seat post is a dream!Feel like a peasant if I ride without the bodyfloat

Had a small issuw with a body float. A fastener came out while riding. Chris in customer service took care of the issue. Awesome customer service. Five star plus
